Tom's BBQ - Chandler

Had 2 $10 coupons bought last year, no expiration date; they refused to honor. No customer respect, spend your money with a business that cares, not a greedy over priced establishment...$20, geez.

Even though I am from the barbecue capital, Texas, I always visit Tom's when I'm in town... for their pulled pork sandwich... and I always take a couple of bottles of their sauce home with me.

I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and it was great! She got the pulled pork plate. I didn't try the brisket, because Joe's BBQ has me spoiled. But their pulled pork is fantastic!

My husband and I called the restaurant to inquire about pricing for different meat as we were hosting a group of friends . The person on the line was rude and stated they didn’t want to “hold up their phone line” and that we needed to come in to discuss the menu. We stated we literally just wanted to know pricing for brisket for 20ppl and the guy continued to say “i’m not gonna hold up my phone line” . We live 45 mins away and so for us to even inquire on a large sell like this and be treated like that over the phone speaks volumes. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere. 10/10 would NOT recommend Toms.

The Greatest burgers.... So delicious, great chicken, love the smoke taste, I can't go thru the menu but it's great. Very nice people

I stopped by for some brisket and pulled pork. It was a bit later than I would normally eat, but I was vibing for meatlog and thought I would stop by. It was okay and I plan to try again but when it’s not as late. The brisket was good texture and the pork was too, but didn’t have the smoke I was hankering for. The green beans were average and the baked beans were good. I’m going try again and hopefully update my review.
