Tom's BBQ in Chandler is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is excellent, and the service is outstanding. I have picked up lunch for a business meeting and received rave reviews. I highly recommend Tom's for anyone who is looking for delicious BBQ at a reasonable price.

Tom, why is a BBQ joint in the middle of Chandler empty on a Sunday afternoon after church?I really wanted to like this place, but everything from the employees, food, and general vibe was just mediocre. Is everything mediocre because there are so few customers or are there so few customers there because everything is mediocre?
