Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Horrible experience. I had the Thai chicken salad and was violently ill for 3 days. I assume the chicken was not cooked properly based on the symptoms I had.
The manager was also rude when I called to let them know so that they could look into it.

I hate to leave negative reviews because I know how well I hate to see them as a service manager myself. But this location I’ve been two twice and helped by the same girl and the same time she had no emotion and seemed upset to see me as a customer and has 0 enthusiasm or anything absolutely no customer service. I also work alongside teenagers so I know the difference between joking with eachother and being rude to one another and the girl I heard in the back was being flat out rude to another worker. Flat out rude and bossy and talking down about another worker 😬

Came in for the first time this week and it has become my regular stop before work. Food is always good and smoothies are great. As someone who works night shift it’d be awesome if this place extended its hours.

Wow, 10 bucks for 1 smoothie. Only 1 size. Kinda expensive. Only 1 employee was working so you had to wait. She was kind. Felt bad for her you could tell she was stressed.

This was my first time ever having tropical Cafe. I did a mobile order due to me having small children with me. I walked in there were 3 girls working the first girl looked at me and continued doing whatever I said hello to her twice because that's what I do I speak to people and she looked at me again and kept doing whatever I stood at the counter the 1st girl and second girl were chatting I guess figure out who was gona take my order acting weird I said hello again and the second girl said can I help u I said I did a mobile order and she pointed over and said pick from what's over there. the third girl was catering to a young man. I felt very unwanted and I spent $25. for granted the bowl I ordered was good never had an acai bowl before. I'm glad I ordered mobile God knows what kind of experience I would have had. I gave it 2 stars only because the bowl was good but my experience didn't let me enjoy it. Tropical Cafe Chandler Ocotillo rd I will never return again work on better customer service or find another job nothing was cute about that!!!!

I ordered a smoothie and it was all water down. I’m surprised I’m not the only one who has mentioned it, the customer service was awful. Employee named Shay was a bit rude, felt like my presence was unwanted. When I asked for an item to be added IF my drink wasn’t made yet, she seemed annoyed by me asking. Please do better.

The girls that work here have the worst attitude and terrible customer service. Please get them some customer service training or you will continue to lose customers. At this point I rather drive up the road to Nektar.

Smoothies were good, but the service was so cold. Only time she looked at us was when we walked in, never again. When she handed us our smoothies she mumbled something, put our smoothies in the counter and walked away. We were the only ones there, so it’s not like she had other people to attend. I started feeling bad thinking we may have walked in right before closing-nope.. still had 3 hours to go. I’m not looking for service that rolls out the red carpet- but when someone is THAT unhappy about servicing you or just unhappy with their job, it’s very evident. It made for a negative experience.

Not a terrible experience due to Nicolettes great customer service, and other employees could learn a great deal by following her example.
