Not a terrible experience due to Nicolettes great customer service, and other employees could learn a great deal by following her example.

This was our first experience with Tropical Cafe Smoothies. And we totally love them! The place was nice and clean. The people were very helpful. And the smoothies were yummy! So many options for smoothies as well as other items. Today we tried the Sunrise Sunset smoothie. But I can see we will I have to come back and try more of the other flavors.

Young kids working there. Need to work on people skills. Not rude, but not friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very open and easy to get around

Why are the smoothies $3 more than the location on Priest and Warner?
To clarify, this is when doing pair and save, but they're still more expensive than Tempe by itself.
It's honestly ridiculous to be selling these for nearly $10 when it's just a bunch of blended produce that isn't even made right half the time. That's like the price of a meal... For a drink.
I've included screenshots from the app. The first pic is Tempe prices, the second is Ocotillo. Idk about y'all, but I don't like feeling as if I'm being gouged of money in every facet of life. I really like Tropical Smoothie Cafe, which is probably why this irritates me so much.
Great smoothies and such. But the WRAPS are 10/10 beyond impressed. Best wrap I’ve ever had.

My only complaint is the size of the bowls for basically $12 including tax. It's very disappointingThe smoothies were absolutely wonderful. My kids enjoyed the bowls, but it wasn't enough for them lol.I also got the Detox Green Machine, although not very tasty, it was drinkable and made me feel good for taking the steps necessary for a healthy lifestyle.

I enjoy Tropical Smoothie Cafe, I think their Smoothie quality is above Jamba. It's own issue, however, on Google, this location is listed as a drive thru. I had never been to this location and drove out of my way specifically because it was listed as having a drive thru...and it does not. So be warned, this is not a drive thru location if that is what you are looking for!

Very fast to get our smoothies and they weren't watered down which is an issue that some TS have. So far they have always tasted
