U.S. Egg Breakfast, Lunch + Cocktails

We always go there like we did just last week for breakfast when we're in Arizona for Spring Training. Definitely two 👍👍!!

The alcoholic drinks were overpriced and not great. The French toast is very dry. Huevos Rancheros were better but still felt very cheap for the price. I wanted to love this place but it fell short for the cost.

We were sat immediately and given menus. Our server was very nice. Our food was made just the way we wanted! It wasn’t too crowded when we got there which was amazing. The atmosphere was very pleasant and calm.

Love this place! Food, staff, atmosphere and location. I go often with dearest friend Nancy and we have the very best time. This is a favorite for sure! We recently went and brought our French bulldog with us. Sat on the patio and had a lovely time. We had a great conversation with a fellow diner Marc who had his darling dog Charlie with him. Highly recommend

Waitress ghosted me for most of the time. She wasn't even the one who brought the food, so her function was more like.a cashier. Take order then give the bill. Later I was ready to order something else (dessert or extra side, don't remember) but no one was around to ask. Which is so weird at a time when restaurants are having a hard time and when most of the tables were empty so they weren’t even busy. Then she showed up a while later, gave me the bill and didn’t even ask me if I needed something else.

So why am I paying 20% for service to be completely ignored ? Maybe cuz I was asking about some pricing trying to optimize my value but I’m still ordering a $25+ order and I always tip 20% or above. I think she presumed I’m a penny pincher and won’t tip her anyway? Wrong assumption. So I decided I’m only doing 15% this time probably for the first time in my life, and that’s generous. The restaurant missed out on extra $$ and the mobile cashier (aka waitress) missed out on extra tip.

On the other hand the burger was top notch. Melted like a butter in my mouth. Maybe they train their chefs well but not their staff?

Really love this place. Breakfast is always on point, there's plenty of choices to please everyone. The last time I went for some reason, I ordered a Philly steak sandwich. That is the first time I've been dissatisfied. The beef was dry, and there was no taste to it. I learned my lesson don't order lunch at a breakfast place.

Amazing how a simple breakfast place just get better and better. I'm gonna be too harsh with service but it wasn't that busy yet and if im gonna be offered to pick a creamer flavor for my coffee please don't make me remind you about it. Other than that the place is super welcoming food is consistently cooked to perfection. My go to is the half and half Santa Fe skillet with protein pancakes, sometimes I add an additional egg but it's perfect how it comes. Thanks again US EGG for a wonderful breakfast, my out of town family absolutely loved it.
