It's so incredibly expensive to eat here. 30 dollars for a rice and chicken dish and fresh spring roll appetizer. Not worth it at all. Also, I've tried their pho and it was lackluster. No flavor of spices just plain broth. This will be the last time I give this place a try. I'll definitely forget about it and go to pho dam if I'm in the area.

I worked a 12hr day and was dreaming of the #31 rice vermicelli w shrimp and steak, I didn't realize they were closing in 15 mins but I called and asked if they could make it anyway. They were so sweet to accommodate me and made my day. I order to pick up and everything was perfect. Thanks so much to the amazing server and kitchen staff!

We love this place! Our family lives very close and order takeout about once per week. Their pho is excellent as are their grilled pork dishes.

We each ordered S7 from the Pho menu which is what I have ordered for years and had always been prepared perfectly. Today however, both of our orders had real shortcomings. First off the soup has always been steaming hot but today it was maybe a couple degrees above warm. S7 is a crab based broth with noodles, crab meat, house made deep fried shrimp balls, shrimp and pork shank slices. What we were served did not have any crab meat or shrimp. We probably will not come to this location again. Sad!

The whole place was empty which is weird for 7pm on a Saturday because it’s good. We used to go to the mesa location and were so happy they put one closer to us. Unfortunately they have a random “service fee” that was over 10 percent of our bill. I can’t support businesses that practice this and I will not be back.

The pho and soups were good. The broth was very flavorful. Bahn mi sandwiches were rather dry and lacking in flavor. Service was good and the waitress was friendly and attentive.
The biggest downside was the extreme smell of sewage when entering the restaurant. It kind of ruins your appetite. We've eaten at many other restaurants in this shopping center and never smelt the sewage in the other establishments. Definitely should be looked into. People don't want to smell sewage while eating.
