Typical pho place and no one was there when we walked in. The service was good and the pho was good. However, it was the 18% service fee they add to every check turned me off. We will not be going back.

Everyone there was very nice but it was a little pricy. I got a banh mi and broth for $15. It was okay. There are 3 other spots within a mile that make Banh mi better and cheaper

There was hardly anyone in the restaurant. I remember it used to be so packed. They added a 18% fee to your tab now. It took 30 mins plus to get our food. The servers are not personable and feel like they yell at you or are annoyed when you make substitution such as a simple one like “no cilantro”. This used to be our favorite place but probably won’t be coming here. We will choose to go to other places as they have gotten expensive and doesn’t seem like same quality.

The food was quite delicious, when you entered it had a kind of romantic atmosphere. The staff is friendly and charismatic. This was my first time eating here, and I will be coming back. I definitely recommend

This restaurant has a cute name, but you probably *won't* be able to forget it.
I went to Unphogettable around midday on a Saturday with a friend. We had just been to Lee Lee on the other side of the parking lot, and we were ready to eat.
My friend had eaten here before and loved loved loved it. Mark me down as a new fan.
The dining room was modern, clean, and tranquil. I wish a football game hadn't been on a television within my line of sight, but mercifully the sound was off.
Our server was attentive and knowledgeable.
I got a bowl of pho with vegetables (carrots, brocolli, cauliflower, snow peas, and something I couldn't identify) and steamed tofu. It was huge! There was so much food there. I took at least half of it home, and made two meals out of it. A lighter eater could have easily made four meals from that bowl of soup.
I also got, at my friend's insistence, a dish with fish and a beautifully perfect mound of white rice. The fish was cooked with a most delicious glaze. I also took half of this dish home and made another meal of it. It was even very good reheated a couple of days later.
This is not a budget restaurant, but if you have the money, it's absolutely worth a visit. The food is so delicious!

Went in for some Pho. I asked for a Pepsi while I went to the restroom. I came back started to look at the menu as I’m about to order I read on the menu they charge 15 percent on all dine in orders. So I’m like ok I guess I’ll just order to go. But if you order to go it’s an extra $1 per item even though I’m sitting in the restaurant. I ended up paying $4.32 for a Pepsi! The restaurant had no smells of amazing food or soup at all so I can only assume it’s mediocre at best and the place was nearly empty

It's so incredibly expensive to eat here. 30 dollars for a rice and chicken dish and fresh spring roll appetizer. Not worth it at all. Also, I've tried their pho and it was lackluster. No flavor of spices just plain broth. This will be the last time I give this place a try. I'll definitely forget about it and go to pho dam if I'm in the area.
I worked a 12hr day and was dreaming of the #31 rice vermicelli w shrimp and steak, I didn't realize they were closing in 15 mins but I called and asked if they could make it anyway. They were so sweet to accommodate me and made my day. I order to pick up and everything was perfect. Thanks so much to the amazing server and kitchen staff!
