The whole place was empty which is weird for 7pm on a Saturday because it’s good. We used to go to the mesa location and were so happy they put one closer to us. Unfortunately they have a random “service fee” that was over 10 percent of our bill. I can’t support businesses that practice this and I will not be back.
The pho and soups were good. The broth was very flavorful. Bahn mi sandwiches were rather dry and lacking in flavor. Service was good and the waitress was friendly and attentive.
The biggest downside was the extreme smell of sewage when entering the restaurant. It kind of ruins your appetite. We've eaten at many other restaurants in this shopping center and never smelt the sewage in the other establishments. Definitely should be looked into. People...

Totally underrated, it never feels super busy because they have a large dining room and it’s relatively quiet, so it’s pretty good for kids. The Pho is divine and is always ready to go within five minutes of ordering. And the service is excellent, our waitress was kind and on top of it!
