This BBQ is the best. The meats are all so tender and flavorful. All the sides are fabulous as well. I have never found one thing I haven’t liked about this caterer and I’ve had it quite a few times. Rich is truly amazing to deal with, so if you are looking for an excellent BBQ meal book him you won’t be disappointed.

Up N Smoke came out and smoked meat for over five hundred of our people and man oh man was the food fantastic! Best barbecue I’ve ever had and everyone was raving about it. Not only did they get everything put together quickly and seamlessly, but the food was delicious; we had numerous guests asking for their information by the end of the evening. He and his staff smoked the food onsite and then served all of our guests, they were nothing but professionals. Thank you Up N Smoke!

Up in smoke catered for west pharmaceutical last week. Everything was delicious. We had chicken, pork, mex cremed corn and green chili Mac and cheese. My favorite was the raspberry coleslaw. I hope west uses them again for any other events. This was the best food we've had by far in my opinion.
