This BBQ is the best. The meats are all so tender and flavorful. All the sides are fabulous as well. I have never found one thing I haven’t liked about this caterer and I’ve had it quite a few times. Rich is truly amazing to deal with, so if you are looking for an excellent BBQ meal book him you won’t be disappointed.
Absolutely fabulous food. EVERYTHING from the green chili Mac n cheese to the brisket (sooooo tender) pulled pork and ribs are all so flavorful. My guests couldn’t believe how delicious everything tasted. Rich is very easy and dependable to work with.
Brisket is the best you will ever have hit your pallet, the green chili mac n cheese is by far the best I've ever had , and the homemade bbq sauce oh and dont forget about the raspberry coleslaw made fresh on site... yum yum yummmmmm ..
