Placed a catering order at this location on the Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving 2025 for pick up on that Friday. Paid cash, have my receipt. This was for a tailgate party of 30 people. Pickup time set for 3pm on Friday. Specifically asked the manager, Jenny, when the order was placed if it would be ready by then, 3pm, or if they start boxing it up, packaging it, etc., when we arrive for pickup. Per Jenny, it will be ready. Well.. when we went in to pick up the order at 3pm on Friday they had NO RECORD OF IT. "Um, looks like there is no such order". Uh yeah, here's the receipt. They rushed to prep it and instead of getting it to our group of 30 peop[le at 4pm, we were delayed until 5:30pm. We had 30-minutes to enjoy instead of the planned 90 minutes. Per Sylvia, she was going to push this up to HR (?) to "see what they can do". Discount perhaps.. Still, almost a week later, no call, no follow-up. NOTHING. I guess they could care less how their customers feel. They didn't even offer to pick up the 2-beers from the bar while waiting. NEVER AGAIN FOR THIS PLACE.

I've actually in here several times and it's usually great service.And great food.But this time, the food was definitely not that great.And the service was terrible.I remember them giving chips and salsa too.When you ordered food and we did not get any of that.It was quite disappointing.I don't know if I would go back.

When I arrived there was a wait and was a single so it should have been a quick wait. 15 minutes of waiting and they began to seat parties that had come in after me. I told one of the 4 younger ladies working the front and organizing the wait list that I should have been next and that I had 1 person and I was ahead of parties they started to seat. I was told that the reason they seated the other party was because it was a “bigger table”- I told her that is not acceptable and that I had been waiting. I told her that is not acceptable again and I walked out…. I went back in and asked for a manager and spoke to her about the incident. She apologized and offered to find me a table if I would hold on. I appreciate her covering for the young ladies that bypassed me but I was pretty frustrated and decided to not spend my money at their restaurant. In hindsight, I am more angry about it now knowing I was blatantly discriminated against by Valle Luna due to being a solo customer. If I were part of a larger party, I would have been certainly welcomed and seated quicker- proven by the young lady at the time I mentioned I was there before the people they were seating- because I was single, I had to wait. What kind of message does that send? My money is as good as anyone else’s…. I guess this is just where we are now-a-days…. All I can do is not patronize such establishments. VERY disappointed with this experience. And the table the party that they skipped past me was not a large table for the record- it seated 4 (was visible from the waiting area). Unless these young ladies at the front were addressed by the manager after I left, this is a big miss on Valle Luna’s part.

We were seated right away for lunch on the Saturday before fathers day. The place appears extremely dated. had to sit in the center of the booth due to the worn out springs under the cushion. The service was well above average. Several people checking on our table before and throughout the meal. The amount of food is just ridiculous. If you can eat a lot, this place is for you for sure! The enchiladas platter was great, I just didn't enjoy the rice (personal preference). I felt you get a lot of value for your money spent here. I won't return because there are just too many options closer to home but several people had recommended this place to me so we tried it out.

Great little place by the water front! Shredded beef tacos and the beans and rice were on point for my taco Tuesday!! Will return soon to try the fajitas so wait for the next review lol
Everything overall was fine but the hosts are extremely snotty we had a young child with us who wanted quarters to use their candy machine he went up with a dollar to the host stand and asked to please have some quarters and yes we made sure he said please they side eyed one another when one finally kind of snatched it in a way from him without saying anything and just walked away while the others just sat there looking at him with irritation in their faces then while leaving he accidentally bumped into one of them a short one with fake lashes and dark hair, she got irritated once again side eyed him and rolled her eyes at him as she walked away he’s a freaking 6 year old it was an accident. June 26th btw so maybe you can figure out who they were and address this attitude with them. I get having a bad day but 3-4 members of staff having an attitude isn’t a bad day for one staff member it’s a lack of customer service and mind you this is supposed to be your welcoming staff as well… not very welcoming.
