2 weeks ago I stopped by to fill up my water bottles . Never had an issue before . But this Rude owner argued his point about something so minor it confused me how he could be so angry just bc I didn't agree with him. Bad day ? Maybe . I've never been an advocate of "the customer is always right". But I am allowed to have an opinion without being bullied.

Horrible place, went to get ice cream and it was gooey and thaw. The place is disgusting and dirty, They don't use scoopers, instead they use a cylinder shaped tool that they use to scoop the ice cream, which makes it perfectly for it go down the whole cone. Doesn't look appetizing, use a normal ice cream scoop????????????

Had a sweet tooth so I stopped in for some soft serve! The owner is the absolute sweetest! Her and her husband own and run it and they are dedicated to customer service and quality it's amazing!

$0.25 cents a gallon for great tasting water. We love this place! We are long time water and ice customers and just moved from near the other location. Great place for Thrifty ice cream at a great price, and other treats for my kiddos (and me)

Old, over-priced candy that will break your teeth. Doesn't look like the water machines are cleaned frequently and the floor always looks nasty. Stay far away from this place!

The family that runs this water and ice are the nicest people and always very polite when I go to fill my water jugs. They enforce social distancing and the wearing of masks. Just bring back memories of when I was a child going to the store for candy or ice cream..so glad we are moving close by this store real soon.

Worst attitude I have ever experienced. Snide comments made to customers which insults our intelligence are absolutely not what makes for good business practice. This was my first time at this location and it will be my last. Every other location I have ever been to have better service on their worst days than this one demonstrated today.
Great store - owners are super friendly. I get the alkaline water (love it) and they let me drop off as they fill it since that takes longer. Clean store, great water. I have a few saltwater reef tanks so have to test water constantly for those and frequently check the ph levels of the alkaline water and it is as stated. Great store, great owners, give them a shot and you won't regret it.

They where amazing the employees are awesome they finished the job in a timely manner they went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. The tile in the bathroom was flawless, would recommend to anyone that needs restoration work! Thank you :)

The best water n ice store I have ever been to!!! They have amazing customer service, affordable prices, and a great variety of selection. Their water tastes so clean. And their ice cream is phenomenal!! I really recommend going there.

I thought I'd get water here since they have a sanitizer for the jugs. They don't have sanitizer or wipes for the handles being used frequently, to help prevent the spread of the virus during the pandemic. I asked the manager about it and mentioned I would feel more comfortable coming if they had a way for me to wipe down the handles. He showed me hand sanitizer and stainless steel cleaner he was using. I told him that's appreciated but sanitizer or a surface cleanser would work better for the plastic handles. Someone in the store started yelling at me because they apparently couldn't say excuse me when I didn't realize they were waiting behind a shelf behind my back to get by. I guess I was supposed to just know they were there. They were clearly stressed and I calmly told them they could have told me and I would have gladly moved. After they started yelling at me, the manager agreed I was right about the sanitizer and would get some, but didn't do anything about the man yelling at me, who called me names. So I don't recommend going here, because a simple request will be waved off until someone is rude to you. And then when someone calls you names, the manager won't do anything about it. I will not be coming back. I'll continue to clean my water bottles at home myself and get water at sprouts. I like supporting local but this place is not taking the pandemic seriously and they let me get berated by a customer.

I refill my 5 gallon water bottles here and buy other items periodically. The new owners are always friendly and I appreciate that. Never had any problems with my water and ice purchases.
