Sad to have to write this because we frequent this water and ice on a weekly basis and have never had this experience before. Walked in at 6:30 on the dot- store closing as 7 pm as stated online and on the door. Had to walk out within 2 minutes due to HORRENDOUS customer service. No clue what his name was (the bald man with the beard) was the rudest most outspoken employee and frankly made us all feel uncomfortable. Acted absolutely perturbed that we would be trying to order ice cream “at 7pm” (even though it clearly wasn’t). I would be afraid to come back due to his behavior to be honest! Not sure who to inform of this but needs to be addressed.

The measured TDS (total dissolved solid) of the RO water I received was 18ppm. 👍

If only they would supply distilled water! 😚

Great place to get water. Clean and friendly! This place provides a great service to the community while providing clean and safe water to consume for the whole family.I would recommend this water and ice to any thirsty passer-by.

I went with my sister and mom as soon as we walked in we got hit with this very stingy chemical scent if your gonna eat ice cream don’t let it be this place.

My favorite place to refill my water. Staff is always friendly & welcoming. Others would agree since this place can get pretty busy. They also sell ice cream, soda, candy, lottery tickets.
