Great service lady there was so kind. Amazing snow cones.

BEWARE! Expired food and ice cream. I'm certain from the look of their business and the quality of their food the water filters are probably NEVER changed. The owners are horrendous and beyond rude and distrustful to their patrons. Sad they have given this franchise such a a terrible reputation.

I have been filling up water at this store for a while now. However, I share the same experience as other patrons. As I have had to go elsewhere due to the female owner becoming a hassle to deal with. She would say I'm wasting water if a little spilled unintentionally. After a hiatus, I returned to fill up water and she started becoming antagonistic, asking "Have you been going elsewhere to fill up water?". Yes, I am! The reverse osmosis water quality was average.

I had an incredibly disappointing and disturbing experience at Water and Ice. Aside from the quality of the products being subpar, the behavior of the owner was completely unacceptable. It became evident during my visit that the owner practices blatant racism and severely overcharges customers based on their skin color.

While I was there, I noticed that customers who shared the owner's ethnicity were charged significantly less for the same items that I and other people of color purchased. This kind of discriminatory pricing is not only unethical but also illegal. When I confronted the owner about the price difference, I was met with hostility and rude remarks.

It’s disheartening to see such practices still exist in our community. I urge everyone to think twice before supporting a business that perpetuates racism and exploits customers based on their race. This place does not deserve your business.

I do. Not use this location for my water because they continue to attempt to over charge me for water. It has happened so often that it’s not just a mistake but rather intentional

This is the best water place I've been to in Phoenix. Really good price and Rita and her staff are always super helpful.

Was not sanitary. Grabbed the waffle bowls with bare hands. Did not wear hair net and had long hair leaning over ice cream falling into ice cream. Not to mention when I bought 3 scoops and asked for bowl on the side the $$ went up over $7. They are rude and rip-off. They do not follow proper health code rules.

EVERYTHING IS EXPIREDI came in with a bag of expired food from 5/25/24. The oldest thing I had, expired in 2023. We are SIX MONTHS into 2024. I came in today 5/26/24 and asked for a refund since I spent FOURTY DOLLARS, and they refused because I had already opened and eaten a bit of a few things. Mind you, I did in fact open and eat them, the same items that EXPIRED IN 2023. In my opinion that makes it a million times worse. They were rude and refused to trade items or refund at all. I wasted $40 on poisoned food. Thanks.

When me and my sister first went in The lady was very nice to us. and then me and my sister went home in the next day. We looked at all the expiration dates and everything we had bought $40 worth of items were all expired. We went in to go get a refund or to do something so we could get our moneys worth and they told us they couldn’t give us any money they told us they could give us no refund and immediately started freaking out.

The owners of this store are the rudest! I have been in this store 1 time because it is close to my new home. I will now drive out of my way to go back to the store I used to go to on Ray & Rural. This store should take some lessons from the Ray & Rural store.....then maybe they would be able to retain some customers.

Owner was really rude to us about complaining to him that we found a roach in our ice cream. He then told us he will not give us a refund because that was not a roach it was a nit in our ice cream. We ordered a strawberry scoop with a stale waffle cone. The black spot in the cone is a roach.

I have been coming here for a while now and have never had any issues. Last night was totally different the man was yelling at me and extremely rude because he said I was wasting water. I barely splashed some out on accident and explained this to him. He then started making bold accusations about me and then was being very escalatory towards me making me feel extremely uncomfortable. This type of behavior towards customers is inexcusable and absolutely unacceptable!! They will no longer get any of my money I have invested in an RO system so I never have to be verbally assaulted again over water. I would give 0 stars if I could. I hope he understands how impactful it is to his business when he treats people like this. Never again!

A nice experience. If you want ice, water etc. it's cheaper here than elsewhere and a very nice couple run the place.

Worst experience ever absolutely garbage customer service shop owner very rude & just plain ugly character will never come here again wish I could give them no star but it won't let me!!! This lady is very rude & talks over customers just so unprofessional!!!

Water taste good and owners are very nice.
