This is the shittiest Wendy's, always. I have given it so many chances since 2016 and it fails everytime. Your order is ALWAYS wrong, something is missing or they simply just dont take it right; and The staff, never fails on attitude..I rately create bad reviews but Avoid this one at all cost! There are others around.

It pains me to have to write this review. I have been spending quite a bit of time at this Wendy’s so far this summer. It is very strategically placed in the same parking lot as a Super Walmart. I love the food at Wendy’s (especially the new Frosty fusion) but after my last two trips there. I will not be going back there… EVER!! First the pool of people they have to draw on for employees must be running dry. Yesterday after running the maze of their stupidly designed two doors (designed to keep disabled people like myself OUT) the young man taking the orders (the ONLY PERSON TAKING ORDERS) had dreadlocks pretty much covering his face. I really don’t know how he could see what the heck he was doing. On top of that he was in some sort of strange haze, the lady before me made quite a large to go order, only to find out after she paid that certain items weren’t even in stock! Then as I was next in line, I rolled forward a bit……..and I waited……..and I waited. More people came in and got in line behind me. Finally Mr dreadlocks decided to take my order, I was very clear with him as to what I wanted, especially because I could tell he wasn’t paying attention. I told him which meal I wanted, and that I also wanted the chocolate frosty’s with a lot of caramel. THAT IT! I’ve ordered the same things probably half a dozen times. I even repeated it to him. Then he turned away from me and walked off!! I had to call to him to get my cup, to be able to get my soda. After I got my soda, I went to a table, a short time later here he came with my frosty’s…. But they looked strange. And I asked him if they were caramel frosty’s, and when he looked irritated I felt the need to explain that they looked completely different from all the other caramel frosty’s I’d had. His response: I blended them. Hmm. Well you can see for yourselves in the pictures I will post. Also NO SPOONS OF ANY KIND! So, I sat there and waited for my food, which he brought in a bag, not on a tray, and when he handed it to me I very pointedly asked if there was a long BLUE spoon in the bag. He said YES! Wanna guess if that was true?? NOPE!! I had to leave everything and wheel back up to the counter and wait for him to ay attention to me again and I asked him for the blue spoons he just told me were in the bag. The same thing happened the day before, same Wendy’s, different mindless employee. I’ve HAD IT!! Oh and what part of NO TOMATOES is hard to understand?? (The first picture is from a previous visit. It REALLY Upsets me to have to write this review. I have been spending a lot of time at this Wendy’s, to escape. At first the staff was wonderful and exceedingly helpful. Now I’m lucky if I get something RESEMBLING WHAT I ACTUALLY ORDERED!!! I am going to be attaching photos with examples of what I received. I order the same thing every time. I the Asiago Ranch Chicken sandwich-NO TOMATOES - 2 chocolate frosty’s with a WHOLE BUNCH of caramel! That’s it! No big deall. Yesterday this young guy who had all these nasty dred’s ALL IN HIS FACE, he was the only cashier, he had just screwed up the large order of the lady before me. I sat there for a WHILE until he finally decided to talk to me, I kept having to repeat everything, and I repeated my Frosty order 3-4 times. Then I had to cause a scene to get a freaking CUP!! Then he brings out what you are about to see, which IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED!! He’s put down 2 cups of what LOOKED like frosty crunch, not frosty with the caramel which is what I wanted. So I asked him- I said “um, I asked for 2 caramel frosty’s…. What are these?” This guy actually said to me-“oh, yeah I uh blended those for you! And before I could say another word he turned and left! Then when this same guy brought me the rest of my food, I ASKED HIM-I said VERY SPECIFICALLY-“is there a blue long spoon in the bag??” You don’t need any guesses to know what the answer is to tha To that question. I truly LOVED that Wendy’s!! Is was right by my Walmart. Between what I just Explained and the door situation. I will NOT BE RETURNING!!

We have to drive further down the road to go to the other Wendy’s because this Wendy’s location is seriously the worst ever. The employees are rude, and they don’t seem to know what to do. I don’t understand what is going on at this location but every time I went there I had issues with my order, rude employees and just overall very bad service. The location on Kyrene and Warner is the complete opposite, it’s SO much better!!!

So first off, the service. The lady at the front counter was okay, but clearly overwhelmed when she had a line of about 5 people. She was a frail old lady that moved really slow, and I'm kinda just sad she's still working at her age. Also, a worker was standing by the fries and just staring at me, which was just strange. The food...was bad. Just bad. The chicken nuggets and fries had clearly been sitting out for hours. The nuggets were rubbery, and the fries were cold. I didn't see the chili until I got home, but the cashier didn't fill it all the way, and didn't put cheese and onions in, even though I paid extra for them. It was also VERY watery. The chicken sandwich was good, but the bun was dry. I think they need someone to come in and re-teach some policies
Parking: Shares a small parking lot with Del Taco, but neither seems to get much business inside
Don’t eat here unless you want food poisoning. I’ve never been so sick from food in my life!

Same old lady up front every time has this nasty rude attitude telling customers it's gonna be a while while she slowly walks around. Spent 10 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break waiting until I finally had to walk out. Thanks for ruining my lunch visit...AGAIN!

I purchased a junior cheese burger and it was tiny. The size was not a problem. The burger looked smashed and didn't taste good. French fries were great, hot, some salt and the right size.
