Ice machine was broken so the soda from the fountain was all FLAT! Burger was under cooked big time and the rest of our food was cold. Even though it was a holiday they were fully staffed. The staff was very polite and friendly. That was the ONLY upside. Must do better quality control.

I come here all the time with my family and we always have a good time but today, it was a little bit difficult to make the best of it. Max was rude, scoffing and sighing and rolling eyes over and over whenever a customer needed anything and yanked my debit card out of my hand when their machine wasn't working. Then, later on, nobody bothered to come to the register when we were standing there for five minutes to try to buy frosties, making eye contact over and over with employees that are laughing and joking and talking and completely ignoring us, so we gave up and got ice cream elsewhere.

Cashier was more concerned with hanging out with his friends than taking our order, had to repeat it half a dozen times. Still got the wrong order.Most watered down chili I've ever had, had maybe 6 beans and one chunk of hamburger in the entire bowl. Pretty sure they literally mixed it with water to stretch it out further.I've been to plenty of Wendy's locations and this one is by far the worst.

The manager closed restaurant down early while customers are still trying to order food.This white guy or manager racial profiling when approaching the drive thru speaker. I proceeded to say “hello” more then three time no answer. The car behind said “hello” twice and he said answer right away.also he proceeded to give or made up a false story saying someone picked up my guest dashing order. He was very rude, need new management and new hiring signs as soon as possible. Would never go back to this restaurant in chandler any more.

The Big Boss

While the food at Wendy's was passable, the atmosphere was like a Ringling Bros. Barnum and Bailey circus. Some employees were playing basketball with what appeared to be rolled up towels. There was loud talking and playing around. Very unprofessional. Then a homeless man came in the store. His smell was sickening. He should have been refused entrance and denied service. Whomever was in charge was not exercising management discretion. They failed the franchise.

Ordered on Mobile app and when I went to pick up my order it didn't have the chicken patty,when I went back in I never received any apology for the mistake and when I asked for refund the person workisaid no..and cussed at me as well...very unprofessional and rude!!

If you want to have the experience of nobody listen to your order and repeat your order 6x to random workers who are trying to fill in for the drive thru worker who couldn't communicate they had trouble with headset. I did not get to finish my order - the drive thru worker never came back to finish my order but stood by cup rack like it needed support standing up. The worker who does not take orders asking me for payment I said I'm not done - she proceeded update other workers then came back to say "what are you wanting?" Very irritated by this point, I said "hey I was never done with my order", they kept rushing me for their incompetence to finish my order!!! After speaking to the "GM Michael" about the issues of not getting my while order he excuse was he was trying to fix the headset. No I was at the window -- that point irrelevant because I kept telling them my order is not finished I got charged 3 different orders because again their mistakes of NOT LISTENINGTO MY ORDER. Michael and staff do not comprehend drive thru services and communication. Not once apologized. Poor working standards and no apology for being ignored.

I ordered one Pancake Wake Up Wrap with Sweet Black Peppercorn Bacon and a side of syrup, a large Original Blend Hot Coffee, and two Old Fashioned donuts. I wish that the Old Fashioned were chocolate dipped. My GrubHub driver is Marques. All in with tip $19.37. Arrived super fast. Very tasty. Missing one of the donuts. One star for the missing donut. The driver was great. This is all on Dunkin. This is the fourth order in a row that was missing something.

My fiance and I order DoorDash from this location and it's always a crapshoot on whether our order is correct, or just blatantly wrong.I'm not sure if it's incompetent managers, employees, or both. But, the fact they can't differentiate between a burger and chicken sandwich is sad...and this has happened MULTIPLE times.
