Every time.
That I go to this location. They are out of something whether it's the chili. Or their salad's or the fries are cold. Just not a good location and the people that work there just not real polite

I came in at 8 am and it already smelled like sewer! Anyways, I just wanted my food to be fresh, the old blonde lady took my order and had an attitude.

She was moving so slow and I asked for a chilli with ONIONS AND CHEESE. It was plain… So when she gave me my food, I told her my chilli didn’t have onions or cheese. She threw a fit and said “you should’ve told me that” but I provided her the receipt and she rolled her eyes and took my chili and finally gave me what I wanted.

Moving on, the food was COLD. At this point, I had enough. I told her to get her manager and she said she is the manager and I knew she wasn’t because there was a chinese lady with red uniform so I told a young black girl to call her over. The chinese lady offered me new food but this time MY PATTY WAS RAW!!!

I AM GOING TO SUE THIS PLACE

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT TEAM AND HORRIBLE MEMBERS GET THIS PLACE FIXED OR ILL GET MY LAWYER TO FIX IT !

It's fast food... not slow food. Don't normally get something from a drive through but needed to eat.... waited so long to even get to put in an order so I just left. Not worth.

Young lady at drive-thru, pretty sure her names Alisha (it says on the receipt) was so quick and fast with my order! Not only was she by herself on drive thru doing multiple things at once, her customer service was absolutely amazing. Gave her a tip because she deserved one. Need more people like that!

I live very close and grab food often at your location. No matter what time I go, noon, 3pm, 6pm. I always have to wait to place an order inside and at least 10-15 min for food. No one has that time when they are eating on a dinner break. It happens even in drive thru. This location is very mis managed plus they don't know if you are wearing gloves you need to change them when handling food! Good Lord. Please train your staff better and get some leadership in there.

Waited a long time for my food and saw the drive thru was wrapped around the building. There was a young man doing everything while the other employees standing around talking. Give that young man a raise I believe his name is Jaquan.

Went thru the drive. The order we received was not what we ordered (wrong hamburger and wrong chucked sandwich) and the sauces we requested were not even in the bag. Didn’t know until we got home. This it the third order from this location that’s been wrong when we get the food home.

Janiya took my order around after noon dec 3 Tues 1:59pm she got my order wrong and instead of correcting my order she laughed in my face she had one simple job and my order was simple Janiya has poor customer service everytime I go to this Wendy’s location

No service. Drive thru not moving so went inside and they refused to take an order. Had to back through Drive thru. 30 minutes to get a kids meal

11/22/2024 at 8:15 pm. I just ordered and picked up food at the Wendy's drive-through located at 816 W Warner Rd, Chandler, AZ 85225. There was one vehicle in front of me in the drive-through lane but no cars in the parking lot. It took a really, really long time for them to take my order (a basic, as-is Daves double combo meal). When I pull up to the window, it again takes a really, really, really long time to get my food. First, I pay with a debit card, then I wait, wait, wait. Finally my drink is given to me, and I wait, wait, wait some more. Fiinally, a bag of "food" is handed to me, which feels light, but I drive off anyway. As soon as I get home, of course I discover no receipt for the electronic transaction and the wrong food order in the bag. I reluctantly give up at this point and just decide to write a review. I'd give this Wendy's location a negative stars rating if I could. What's the deal since I've had previous bad service here before, yet gave you ONE more chance to redeem yourselves? Oh, and why does this review page list a McMuffin as one of the food choices I had when that is clearly a McDonalds item?

This location needs a lot of work. I visit out of convenience, however every time you walk in the energy shift is immediate and it just bums you out. All of the workers seem incredibly unhappy no matter what time of day. I can't imagine their work environment is kind and it certainly shows despite how hard they try to stay polite.

Management needs to do better to improve morale and provide greater benefits, your staff is important and they're a reflection of your capabilities as a manager! Happy workers make happy customers!

Hiring Manager here is very unprofessional. It explains a lot why her employees are bad. They need to seriously look into this location. The staff is always and I mean always rude!! With the exception of 1 guy who was doing the job for 20 people while the manager sat in her office.
