While I said I would never set foot (wheels) back into the Wendy’s by the Super Walmart, I couldn’t completely cut ties with my beloved chocolate frosty with caramel swirls. So I found a new one. This Wendy’s first of all answered a question that I had about the architecture of the Wendy’s restaurants. They ALL have that REDICULOUS double doors that make it almost impossible for me to get in by myself without ripping off one of my armrests! But the food as per usual was delightful, except as you’ll no doubt notice that my receipt shows I requested that there be NO Tomato’s on my chicken sandwich, yet as I said the picture says it all.
The service was excellent! As I can not carry a tray by myself, the lady who took my order was very friendly and offered to bring my food to me at my table.

Been here a few times after skyzone- the staff are so rude and miserable, if you don’t want to work customer service….leave!
The franchise owner should know, you’re losing customers because of irresponsible and rude staff.

Ordered the biggie bag chicken BLT. Had to wait about 10 minutes in line and then 5 to 10 minutes at the front because they were waiting on fresh nuggets. Guy came out to my car, didn't say a word or verify the order as he handed me my food. I open my sandwich and it was literally just chicken and bread. No mayo, lettuce or tomato. Something tells me this is a usual thing so I'm not going back

Food has been fine. Was here last night. Came in last night kid working cashier you could absolutely tell didnt want to be there or doing his job. Doesn't even speak just takes order. When cooks had wrapped up burger and put it and fries in bag he snatches up and just threw bag up on counter without saying anything and continued on. Another time went through drive thru and got baconator combo but my fault not checking first but when got home definitely wasn't baconator

Observed two blokes with neck tattoos and a rather rude woman at the check register.

Not sure what was worse their service or the old dehydrated tasting nuggets.

Too bad the place next door is closed on Sunday.

At other Wendy's locations, managers honor app coupons even if their system isn't working, but here, they rudely refused to accept their own discounts or make any effort, forcing me to cancel the order.

This location is the worst. Went 12/9 and 12/10 and one other evening We came here 4 different times. 2 in a row. Asking for chocolate and vanilla frosties. 1 time I showed 30 min before they closed and said it was being cleaned. The second time 20 min before closed said it was being cleaned. The 3rd x 2 hours before they closed and told me they only had caramel and the 4th x time it was during the day and they said was broken. I believe they were being lazy and don’t want to work. That’s why I would suggest never going there. Often when companies and employees are that lazy and their management allow that often the cleanliness and quality of food coincide. Same guy working 3 times at the window. I left all 3 times and didn’t buy anything. Went somewhere else. I wasn’t about to give them a dime. Wendy’s has to pay the employees to work and keep the lights on and stay open. See how long they can do that treating customers that way. Additionally, it shows 3.7 stars I doubt that if you continue to read the comments below, pages of bad reviews for bad employees Customer service, lazy near the night etc. They will have to end up closing if the owner doesn’t get control. However, it does start from the top down.

This location has improved so much, great atmosphere! Good customer service also Kayla made sure everything was kept in order, and the place is clean and bright. I enjoyed coming here

4 consecutive times ordering here. And they just can't get their shit together. I don't know how incompetent you have to actually be, but I'm 99% certain they go out of their way to make sure consumers waste money here. No desire to ever rectify their wrongdoings. They just keep getting away with it. Wendy's should be shut down altogether.

Very friendly staff who really went the extra steps to help. No fault of the staff but the dining room has a bunch of roudy teens making the space feel uncomfortable.

Worst service! 1) There was no visible sign from the parking lot. 2) When I got to the window to pay, I questioned the amount. It sounded too low to me. She read the wrong order. I corrected her. She did not mention my chili. I told her that I ordered a large chicken nugget meal and chili with onions and cheese. They took forever to discuss the problem. After repeating the chili with onions and cheese at least three times, I finally got my chili. Got home to discover it had NEITHER onions nor cheese, much less a spoon or crackers. We waited so long that the nuggets and fries were almost cold when we got home. Never going back there again!!!!
