This site should not have been open today. After I ordered and paid, had to notify the manager there were hundreds of flies in the dining room. She said that pest control would be there tomorrow but at the time, the flies were all in the kitchen, crawling on the freestyle soda nozzle, and then all over our food once we got it. Absolutely disgusting.

I get that outbreaks can happen but for healths sake, close until the problem is remediated.

That whole place needs to be scrubbed down, including the freestyle machine.

Flies everywhere. Soda machine was COVERED in soda and residue. Condiments station had crumbs everywhere. Just gross. Staff was friendly enough, not likely to go back.

Baked potatoes are on the menu, and you can order them, but you're getting fries anyway. Why would they be available at 5:45 on a Sunday when they could be sitting in the oven and not be ready for another hour?

Absolutely horrible customer service tonight. My wife went to pick up our food around 9:20 PM and was helped by an employee named Olivia, who had a terrible attitude from the start. When asked simple questions, she rolled her eyes, was rude, and even shoved the bag of food at us.

To make things worse, my meal was supposed to come with ranch, which she forgot to include — then charged extra for it anyway. On top of that, our side of fries was missing from the order.

This experience deserves zero stars. I’ll be contacting the store in the morning to get this issue resolved, but this kind of service is completely unacceptable.

Nice, courteous staff, but the restaurant as a whole needed to be cleaned. Tables used but not wiped/cleaned after customers use. Restaurant was busy today but the staff handled it though they seemed short staffed.

Disgusting employees will handle their phone before touching your food with no gloves. That’s why you see all the reviews of people getting food poisoning.

Their hygiene is as nasty as their attitude. Terrible service, terrible location.

Came here with 4 other people. 4 of us got the dame exact meals and all got food poisoning! The hamburger meat was rotten! Also the one person in our group that got the chicken sandwich had a hair in their food. My friend got so sick from food poisoning she ended up going to the hospital. This is THE WORST and dirtiest location I have ever been to. Will never be back.

The food here is hit or miss. More than once I've got (very) cold, old fries. This last visit they were out of ice tea (was informed after I'd already ordered & paid for it). I didn't want another drink but they had no way to refund me so I just lost the $4. Then, I'd ordered a caesar salad & they gave me ranch dressing instead of caesar. I was home before I noticed. This was a real bummer. I tried to eat w ranch but it wasn't good at all so I was unable to eat most of it. Very disappointing!

While I said I would never set foot (wheels) back into the Wendy’s by the Super Walmart, I couldn’t completely cut ties with my beloved chocolate frosty with caramel swirls. So I found a new one. This Wendy’s first of all answered a question that I had about the architecture of the Wendy’s restaurants. They ALL have that REDICULOUS double doors that make it almost impossible for me to get in by myself without ripping off one of my armrests! But the food as per usual was delightful, except as you’ll no doubt notice that my receipt shows I requested that there be NO Tomato’s on my chicken sandwich, yet as I said the picture says it all.
The service was excellent! As I can not carry a tray by myself, the lady who took my order was very friendly and offered to bring my food to me at my table.

Been here a few times after skyzone- the staff are so rude and miserable, if you don’t want to work customer service….leave!
The franchise owner should know, you’re losing customers because of irresponsible and rude staff.

Ordered the biggie bag chicken BLT. Had to wait about 10 minutes in line and then 5 to 10 minutes at the front because they were waiting on fresh nuggets. Guy came out to my car, didn't say a word or verify the order as he handed me my food. I open my sandwich and it was literally just chicken and bread. No mayo, lettuce or tomato. Something tells me this is a usual thing so I'm not going back
