Employee was nice and service was quick, but food was cold and it gave me mud butt. This is actually the second time this happened in a 6 month scretch of time. Will not be going back. Place needs better food safety practices.

Highly recommend against going here. I had a bad experience first time but this time was awful. I went around 10am for breakfast. The fries were so soggy and greasy it was terrible. The chicken sandwich tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed in a day or two. They got the order wrong even though I told them specifically and corrected them about it. Worst of all the staff were terrible. I got rushed through like I was bothering them to be there. Absolutely terrible experience.

The manager at this Wendy’s is horrible. His name is Brad. He treats his coworkers with such disrespect and I have not seen anything like it before. I’ve walked in before and seen him screaming at one of his workers over a small accident. The other time, I went through a drive through and overheard one of the workers in the background getting screamed at again by him and they sounded terrified. The way he treats them, is beyond concerning and it needs to be taken care of immediately!

Ordered through GrubHub 6 biggie bags for 6 kids. All nuggets included in biggie bag was missing. Blamed driver not speaking fluent English. Very rude in response and hung up on me.

This has happened time and time again, I've ordered food through the drive-thru and I was shorted and did not receive the other sandwich i ordered. Absolutely ridiculous! And it's sad because this location used to be excellent but has gone downhill extensively.

Came in here 1 day to get food and i come hete every day, i came in with my scooter like o do everyday and a Manager Alberto told me i cpildnt have my scooter inside.... im sorry but they ginna pay me 700 if my scooter gets stolen.
