Wetzel's Pretzels

The cinnamon pretzel bits were wonderful.
The pizza bits were less than stellar with little Pepperoni.
The hotdogs bits were good.
This location is across from the food court, not in a kiosk. Maps took us to close but not exact.

EDIT RESPONDING TO THE OWNER'S REPLY: This has nothing to do with what you convey to your staff, your staff was actually nice and efficient. This has everything to do with how 'you' as management allows this false advertisement and Wetzel Pretzel's corporate tactics. I 'Cannot' believe you are trying to pass this off as an issue with your team members!!

I would suspect if you advertise "cheesy dog bites" describing them as "dippity" pictured with a cheese sauce packet that they would come with a cheese sauce packet. I paid nearly $9 for a cup of these to be told they don't come with a sauce packet and that the advertisement was just promotional. The cost for a cheese packet is like $2.50 extra. I also see what's listed as the business owner replying to reviews here on Maps, so I would like a reply explaining this.

I was at the Chandelier mall the other day and stopped by this establishment. The. Ladies were very polite and great service. The jalapeño soft pretzel was fresh and delicious and they just freshly made the cinnamon bites and stuffed that cup for me. I will stop by there again if I am ever there again and craving some fresh and delicious soft pretzels.

Always out of my favorite almond flavor. Staff won't answer the phone, they just hang up on you over & over. I ask if there are any specials, they say no. I get my food and a moment later the dude is outside yelling at people they are doing BOGO on everything ? Too expensive to be a quick treat and not a meal, but the hotdog ones make me sick from the grease. Skip it unless you are desperate.

Three kids hotdog combos almost $50! Absolutely insane. Plus the food was horrible. My three boys threw it away. That’s saying something. Never again.

Wasn’t given all my items. Normally this wouldn’t be a big deal but we live over 30 miles away and when I tried calling the location- the phone line doesn’t work.

Overcharged me $3 then I brought it back & they didn't refund me at all as well as PUT FOOD BACK ON SHELF /TOOK ITEMS FROM MY HAND BEHIND COUNTER AND DIDN'T CHANGE GLOVES OR WASH HANDS RE-SOLD FOOD !I JUST LOST MY DAD TO CONVID19 THEY ARE NOT BEING SERIOUS AROUND HERE TAKING THE FOOD BACK BEHIND THE COUNTER!

My favorite is the garlic pretzel with cheese sauce.
