Wetzel's Pretzels

Cristy was amazing kind and super helpful especially navigating the app and made my experience for the first time at a wetzle pretzel a great one definitely will be back thank you wetzle pretzel and thank you Cristy :)

I chose this place over their competitor since I’ve never had their pretzels. I happen to be visiting Arizona and was in the mall and decided to try this place.

The pretzels were overpriced and not that good at all . I ordered the cinnamon and sugar pretzel bites. They were not all that. The dough was super doughy and very greasy.

The service was OK and the atmosphere was definitely that of them mall.

Do I recommend this place? Only if you’ve never had them and want to try something new then sure why not experience them. I would not be returning.

Brought a drink and after I paid said they don’t have the drink. Still got a refund

The pretzels here were nice and fresh. I call it Goldilocks experience. The original place I got was not too dry nor too moist; it was the right texture and consistency without too much grease. Also, I like how it was coated with the right amount of salt too- I do like my salt but not to the point that it's overpowering.The pretzel also was warm- just the right temperature to eat. It was filling as well. Service was nice and quick. Definitely give this place a chance.

WTH? You buy pretzel bites with cinnamon and sugar and they don’t have forks, so you are forced to use your fingers. Not cool. And not just this location, but all of them. Wetzel’s, spend a few dollars and get us forks to eat your overpriced pretzels.

There was 4 workers there but only the cashier was working. The other girls were just watching cashier stress out instead of helping her

Prices went way up. We paid $5 for one original pretzel. Too expensive and we will not return.
