Christopher C was an awesome cashier at Whataburger! He was very friendly, patient, and had such a positive attitude. He made the ordering process smooth and genuinely pleasant, which really stood out. Customer service like his makes a big difference.

People acted like we were bothering them, no can I help you or welcome just waited for us to start ordering and acted like we needed to hurry. When food brought to our table just set down we said thank you and the person just left no one had smiles or was happy . Won’t go back ever and I will tell my friends

The lunch rush on Thursday 12/18/25 was pretty bad. Dry, burnt, over-cooked, over-seasoned meat. It really stinks being faced with the decision of - Do I throw money away and go hungry because this is almost inedible?, or - Do I choke this stuff down and have to be guzzling water for the rest of the day because I can't seem to get hydrated enough because I've consumed so much salt because somebody doesn't know how to do their job? It sounds like you've got the wrong person on the grill. Also, you a lot of times have the wrong person working the drive-thru. I don't know why you put the rudest, least personable employees to work the window and be the face of your business. Pretty much every time I present my phone with the the app and barcode to get my rewards, the energy you get in response from the employee is as if I asked them to do some incredibly difficult, inconvenient thing. All this stuff is really bad for business.
Excellent burgers, great price!

We had an emergency food run on Thanksgiving (this was around 8pm). Whataburger was the only place open near us that wasn't turning everyone away. It was genuinely touching to see such a team of dedicated people all working together to keep a seamless and well executed shift. It was busy, food was steady, and very good especially as emergency Thanksgiving day food. From the photo wall to the execution in the kitchen, it was obvious to my husband and I that you are a staff who genuinely cares about each other. Thank you and keep it up!

I place my order online they had 15 minutes from when I ordered to when I walked over to the store. Nobody acknowledged me when I entered and stood in front of the cashier for like minutes. 4 crew members we're helping the hot chick with piercings how to work a machine. Apparently it takes 4 people to teach someone. My order wasn't ready my burger and fries, were sommehow cold. Like I get it you want to flirt with your co-workers cool, just make sure my orders ready. (She dont want yall) just put the fries in the bag bro...

Worst experience ever! It's not that I minded the wait to place our order. After all, we did go around dinner time on 75¢ Whataburger night. The fact that I had to approach the counter after 30 minutes of waiting for our food, 2 simple burger orders and a chicken strip meal, wasn't even the worst part. There were people that arrived 20 minutes after us that had gotten their food and left. You guessed it, they neverade our order! Didn't even have the ticket for it anymore, so I had to give them my receipt so they could pull up the order. This caused us to have to wait another 10 minutes, on top of the 30 we had already waited. So 40-45 minutes total wait time for 2 burgers and chicken strips? Do better! And no, I will not be going back to this location, EVER!

Whole place was vacant I didn’t have a good feeling about going there. But I ordered anyways, wish I hadn’t
To be honest I think Popeyes gets a bad rep for their biscuits but this place in my opinion has thee driest chicken on the planet it felt like eating solid sawdust the fries were good tho

My daughter called to ask if they had the beef options and these incompetent workers started laughing at her Indian accent and then started mocking her. They proceeded to tell her to go back to India and Maybe stop eating so much curry because it makes her smell. I will never come back here ever in my life again.
Burgers were horrible and the onion rings tasted like they were deep fried in old grease.
