The Whataburger I received was soggy on the half of the top bun of the burger. If I ate that soggy bun, I could get very sick. So it was just sitting there for ever. I got to the store and the manager just mean mugged me and walked away and did something else. Instead of seeing if I needed. After 10min of waiting three people where able to completely finish their meals. Then finally a cashier finished counting their drawer which can take about 10min, said have you been helped. She saw me when I came into the restaurant and knew I wasn't helped yet. Even though the burger was very cold and soggy, when you are hungry anything tastes good. Oh well, guess that's just how it has to be.

The kids running this place seem to be doing a pretty good job. I've been eating at Whataburger for a long time in Texas and I feel like Whataburger in Texas always screwed something up. But these guys here seem to be doing a great job. Food seems to be pretty fresh every time I've gone and they haven't messed up yet.

I usually love Whataburger, but my last visit was beyond disappointing!!!!!
Stopped in for a dine-in lunch, placed my order, and with only a few other customers inside, I expected a reasonable wait. After about 15 minutes, I asked the cashier, Travis B., about my food—his response? A dismissive “OK,” as if I was exaggerating. Checked my receipt—24 minutes had passed. When I brought this up, he seemed even more annoyed and just said, “It’s coming.”
I finally got my food after 30 minutes and asked to speak with a manager. Instead of the manager coming over, Travis returned and told me to check online if I wanted to know who it was. Eventually, Shift Manager Tary K. came over but offered no apology or explanation—just told me to visit the website.
This is the worst service I’ve ever had at Whataburger. If I were the general manager or proprietor, I’d want to know how my team handles situations like this. I still love Whataburger, but this location needs serious improvement in customer service.

Just passing through for a quick meal as our travel plans changed. 5 cars in the drive through, so we opted to go inside, rest and eat before trying to eat, and drive. After sitting for 25 min post meal ordered. We had to go ask cashier about our order and food. The cashier lied about the wait time, we pulled up CC transaction, then gave us attitude about waiting longer for an order never processed, no coupons, reimbursement or attempts by store manager for their error. When requested franchise owner information to share and educate them on the seemingly lacking quality of customer service. They referred us to a webpage, wouldn’t provide written or actual contact info.
So our fast food, quick fix turned into a 45 min event for 2 chicken sandwich meals…. Will be the last time we support this establishment and their poor management responsiveness. Thankfully after 40 min the food was at least edible, but nothing beyond a basic chicken sandwich! Work ethic today is shamefully lacking

Ordered a large bacon whataburger meal , but I asked for the Mexican chocolate shake instead. They still gave me a large cup and filled it with shake. Mind blown. Shake was super delicious, too.
Every time I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt, it's always disappointing. I'm patience and usually never leave a review at any restaurant, but in this case, a fast food restaurant. SERVICE is terrible, and I say Terrible every freaking time!!!! Cooperate needs to get their ass down here asap and fix this problem! Whataburger is better than this and needs to hold themselves to their standard. McDonald's has better service than this.

I visited this location Sunday afternoon (1-19-25). A young lady came to the register to take my order - - no "hello how are you "- - "what can I get for you" - - nothing. I gave her my order - - she told me amount - - nothing else. When the order was complete and I paid there was no "thank you" or anything else. Clearly she does not represent the Company very well. In my opinion, she needs to be kept in the kitchen or undergo some training in customer relations.
Then I sat in the dining room waiting for my order to arrive. I observed that it was dirty and apparently had not been attended to in quite a long time. Three booths had french fries laying on the floor, two booths needed to be cleaned, and the front glass door was obstructed in handprints.
The restaurant had only one or two customers at the time. I could hear the employees laughing and talking in the kitchen. But no one came to clean the dining room while I was there.
I drive 7 miles each way to eat at this location. It was a disappointing experience and I will evaluate other dining alternatives.
