I purchased a meal and requested fresh fries because at the previous visit, the fries weren't fresh. I received fries that weren't fresh as I had requested. I called in and spoke to Gustavo. He took responsibility and apologized for the experience. He offered to replace my entire meal and said that he would personally ensure that it was fresh. I went in and received just that. He was so polite and showed me that he valued my business. I appreciated the quality that...

Burgers are good... The only problem is they put a LOT of ketchup on the burgers even when you don't ask for extra. I simply wipe it off with a napkin though and it's all good.
