I usually enjoy this place tonight was not that good. Some random woman just staring at us while we are eating claiming to be an employee and boasting about it then telling the kid working the cash register to give some random person her discount so loudly that the whole restaurant heard it is absolutely ridiculous! Then they wrapped my premium food in a paper wrapper and it usually comes in a box, well my kids ate my food cause of it being in a paper wrap whatever at least my kiddos had a full belly. But for some reason the low quality food we did receive is pathetic service was not that great either probably will just go to Portillos next time at least you get what you pay for there!

I love going here for always amazing hot dogs and never run out of choices to try! But I will say like others, the fries need a lot of work. They always taste like they've been sitting for hours and just bland honestly. Not a deal breaker and will continue going here

Very concerning experience. An employee stole my change then said I couldn't get my phone. Next thing I know the cops are there telling me that I should leave or my precious Weiner was in danger. They have small weiners anyway. I need huge weiners in my mouth.
