The food and atmosphere were good and quiet but the service could be improved. I placed an online order and when I arrived, the order had not come through until 5 minutes before I had scheduled to pick up the food. The manager had mentioned that the system acts up and hasn't been working properly. When they gave me the food, the lady taped and stapled the bag shut and I wanted to ensure that the order was correct and nothing was missing. I had to open the bag and when I did, the lady gave me a new bag and just stood there without helping me ensure that everything was there and put everything in the new bag. I found that to be rude because I thought she was going to help me and take pride in her work.

First time here, and was underwhelmed. Food was decent, not great, which was a letdown after spending $27 on 2 dogs, 2 corn dogs, 2 fries and drinks. Service was meh: not rude, but not real friendly, either.

I absolutely enjoy the food, service and simplicity of this fast food hotdog chain. Chili cheese, dogs and cheese fries are hands on some of the best you will find in Arizona. Knowing that this location has a heavy presence in California, I really wish there were more locations in Arizona to choose from. location in Chandler is quite and usually you can find a TV program or music playing that is easy to listen to. I do not live in the area so I took special trips to visit and enjoy the food.
