I go here like 2-3 a month and The service is always great and the food is always really good. I love the chicken tenders. They’re never skimpy and today i asked on side of sauce and they gave me 2 full cups and didn’t charge me love that .. I love this wing stop 5/5 stars and the lady in the front is so sweet (:

My guilty pleasure is food specifically winhstop I won’t admit how often I order it ( always for pick up or delivery )but more times than not it’s fine and what I expect. Sometimes they can slack on the amount of dry rub they put on so always ask for extra
Iv only ever had 1 problem that needed a refund
Most of the workers are young I love to see young people actually working
I believe her name was Latasha she had amazing customer service from start to finish. I do wish they had some type of rewards program cause the amount of times I order I deserve some type of discount

Ordered 30 wings for takeout, they didn’t give me the right wings. I ordered hot and I got mild, with practically no sauce on it. I also got garlic parm, and they came almost completely plain aswell. I’m not pleased with this trip whatsoever, and it gave my coworkers a bad first impression.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all the place is disgusting, trash all in the back by the food, workers on their phones while handling food. I was told my food would be 7-10 minutes and 25 minutes later I asked about it and the lady said it will be done soon that I need to be patient… 10 minutes later still didn’t have my food. When I got my food I checked the bag, the fries were soggy and I told the worker and she said “that’s just how they are, have a good day” and then walked away. I spent $20 here for terrible food and even worse service! I will NEVER be getting food here again!

I would highly suggest using a different location. Whatever pickup time you get. Add 30 minutes. Horribly slow. Staff really doesn't seem to care including management.
