The place seems nice and cozy, but I ordered to go for my first visit so I don't have an opinion on the atmosphere. For service I dont have experience either, but I don't even remember if anyone said hi when I walked in I grabbed my food and left
But the food wasn't good. I was actually quite disappointed. I bought a simple BBQ pulled pork sandwich and 2 pieces of Texas toast, the pulled pork was dry and really had not flavor, and the bun was nothing special, nothing special about the sandwich at all. I had to dip it in the BBQ sauce with every bite just to eat it. And the Texas toast wasn't anything special either I didn't even eat more than a bite. I don't often leave such bad reviews In actually try not to leave bad reviews at all but I can not lie with this one.

Great service. BBQ ribs were ok. The prime rib was good. However, once you cut away the fat, there wasn't much there for $18. Might have been better value if it included a small side? Johnny cakes were really good.

Very high-quality BBQ. Brisket was tender, ribs were meaty and tender. The potato salad and mac and cheese were very good sides as well. Will be back.

The ribs were fall off the bone, the brisket was so tender, and the pulled pork was equally as good. Jessica, the young lady that works there was very sweet very kind very prompt with taking our order and bringing our food. We also ordered food to go. Macaroni and cheese and the Brisket chili was also amazing.
Decided to give this place a try, we pass it all the time but a little hesitant to stop…. very pleasantly surprised on how good the food tasted! The brisket was very flavorful and moist, the pulled pork had a great flavor. The side corn bread was really delicious the macaroni was very cheesy. I am a bit picky on my bbq sauce my husband loved it… I prefer a sweeter bbq but doesn't mean I would not eat here again, because the meats were that great! Oh and the bread for the sandwiches was very good as well all. Defiantly will be back recommend trying.

Love Woodbarn!! I had the 8oz prime rib, simply delicious, perfectly cooked, seasoning was excellent, au jus made it. The best brisket, jonnycakes ( got to have one) and brisket chili as my side. Doesn't get any better.
