We’ve been coming here for years and have just never gotten around to writing a long overdue review.
The brisket chili is legitimately one of the best things I’ve ever had. It’s. So. Good.
We’ve done the brisket, pulled pork, turkey, and sausage. All are fantastic, but the brisket comes out on top. Incredible flavor and always so moist.
The house made pickles are also a delightful addition.
What really put it all over the top was our experience today. I was resisting the bread pudding but just couldn’t stop thinking about it and ended up caving and getting it to go after we finished our meal.
The man behind the counter, assuming one of the owners, made sure we got to try the homemade vanilla ice cream… game over. It was so damn good.

This place is an absolute must! I’ve been here multiple times and it just keeps getting better and better. Tonight the cashier was so fun and super nice! I was very happy and the food was amazing as always!

First time to eat here and we will be back with friends! I had a brisket sandwich and my wife had a pork sandwich we shared a pint of mac & cheese. Both sandwiches were tasty with the most tender and juicy brisket and pork. The sauces are very good and not too sweet or hot. Carolina style is a great add to any sandwich there was an issue with the unsweetened iced tea within a minute the team member that works that area checked on the dispenser and found the tea was out. They had it completely fixed in about 5 minutes. Great place and people you have to go and eat with friends!

My husband and I went here today for the first time & really enjoyed it. We both got a sandwich, side, and drink, & loved them, but next time we’ll get the “family picnic” & save the leftovers to eat throughout the week because that was a smoking deal. I especially appreciated the sarsaparilla - you can’t find that just anywhere. Great sauce, delicious pickles.

My daughter and I came here for a dinner. We had the sandwich lunch special, she had brisket, and I had pork with an excess order of sausage. We both loved the food and the service was quick and fast to the table. We will definitely eat here again. Oh I can't forget how good the macaroni and cheese is.
