5 out of 5! The food was amazing! Ordered a turkey and Ham sandwich and a tuna and there were fresh ingredients, and the bread was so good. Will definitely be returning for another sandwich A++

Took over 30 minutes to get a couple sandwiches. The employees were working so hard too. They should hire another team member, this has happened twice in the last two weeks.

Used to be one of our favorite sandwich places. It’s over priced but the food and service used to be decent. Went today and service was non existent and food was meh. If I pay $8 for a veggie sandwich, there should be no room for error. I asked for mayo, house dressing, side of balsamic and salt and pepper. Didn’t get any on them on my sandwich or the side. Attention to detail = 0. Just a bland, flavorless sandwich. The other sandwiches we had also seem thinner than normal. Very disappointing meal. Wasn’t busy.

definitely the best spot for sourdough bread. It’s not a bakery, but you’ll get sandwiches that are sensational… both my wife and I visit on a Saturday and sit down.. during the week we’ll order for pick up. She will get a Greek salad with chicken. You have two sizes small or large, depending on your hunger that day..
I’m a turkey and cheese guy and love the soups of the day ..
You shall not be disappointed ..

I ordered here online on Christmas Eve about an hour after they closed. Which was my bad. I reached out to customer service for a refund, someone replied and said they’ll be reaching out soon, but STILL to this day have not. So not only are they ignoring me, they stole 28 dollars from me. It’s less about the dollar amount and more about the principle, and I would not recommend ordering from someone who would do this to a customer.

First timer that spent $38 on 2 sandwiches, a side of mac n cheese, and a drink to go. Apparently I’m supposed to share my Au jus with my coworker, because I got 1 cup for two 8” sandwiches. I didn’t get any sourdough pieces to go with my Mac, and apparently I’m also supposed to share the single pickle with my coworker. Not impressed at all!!!

The turkey pesto sandwich with macaroni and cheese was delicious. The service was quick and friendly, the dining room and restrooms were clean.

The appeal of sourdough doesn’t make up for the lackluster sandwiches. $58 for 2 meals and the kids meal plus the suggested 20% tip with the strict reminder on every table I should bus my own tables seems like a joke. The staff is wonderful; the owners are out of touch.

This is one of my absolute favorite sandwiches and I don't want to give a bad review for something not related to their product and service, but I was in there over the weekend and got an 8" turkey sandwich, nothing else, and it came out to $14.04. I went to swipe my card and the lady informed me there was a $0.42 credit card charge, bringing the total to $14.46. I looked at the lady working and said, "I just paid $14 for a sandwich and you're sticking me with a 42 cent charge to pay?" She said, "It's either that, or we raise our prices."
I have a hard time believing you're running so thin you have to nickel and dime your customers for a CC charge. I understand costs associated with businesses, I have 2 myself, but this is petty and very unnecessary. You're already outrageously priced, don't stick customers with another CC charge because it's not the $0.42 I'm concerned about, it's the fact that you blatantly put it on customers after they just paid almost $2/inch for your sandwich.
Overall the product is fantastic, but at $15 for just a sandwich and then being stuck for a petty CC fee, this will become an rare stop on my places to go for lunch list.

The French Dip is good but SUPER expensive for the amount of food you get. The 4" should have included chips and a soda for what we paid. Probably won't be back due to this. Otherwise, staff was very friendly but the table tops and chairs were dirty.

Sandwiches are good. Staff seems bothered by customers. They ignore you. I get it's busy but if they can't be pleasant just acknowledge you are standing there?

TERRIBLE VALUE! Paid over $45 for a couple thimbles of soup and a sandwich and a half. While the food was tasty, the portion to price ratio was WAY off.
The sourdough is amazing! That’s all I have to say.
