Disappointed really. Ordered on line. Was give a pickup time. When I arrived one single person in the place waiting for her order also in the take out line. After they completed her order the two employees stood talking with each other. Finally, one acknowledged me standing at the pickup spot and asked if I had an order gave them the name and he replied “oh, we need to start that order. It was the only ticket hanging there. So he said, give us two minutes. Seriously!? After a 25 minute wait time quoted by their website. If it was busy I would understand. But it wasn’t!

I'm reading this store based on service and service alone. It does not matter how good your food is if your employees make your customers feel unwelcome, if they make your customers feel like they are overworked. I seriously get better service at Popeyes and that's saying something.

Ordered 3 sandwiches. The French dip was missing the au jus and only a sliver of cheese, the cracked pepper turkey sandwich had no taste, the sourdough bread was stale and rock hard and the pickles had an odd taste. This was our 1st visit and our last.

Wow...if you love sourdough, this place will be good for you.

The bread wasn't as sour as I like, but they make it for the average person.

Clam chowder was decent...grey for Arizona...

Sandwiches were tasty

The outside tables were absolutely disgusting though....the ice cream shop next door makes the tables and ground NASTY...

Maybe get them to pressure wash now and again...if they won't...your employees need to do some outside cleaning

My co-worker and I came in and stood in the call-in pickup section waiting for our online pickup order. We continued to stand there waiting. the red headed girl who has continued to look over at us and states “next time you guys need to tell me what you are here for, i saw you standing there i was wondering if it was for pickup”. Instead, greet us and simply asking if we are waiting on an order or if we have been helped. Not the first time she has had bad attitude with customers.

the girl with the red hair has a bad attitude and no customer service skills. don’t work there if you hate your job.

Ordered the french dip and the meat was rotten! I could taste something was off on the first bite. It even smelled bad. I finally had to throw my sandwich out, complete waste of money and unacceptable.

French dip was delicious and the au jus had a a lot of flavor. The star of the show was the bread, delicious warm sourdough!!

We had two young men serve us and they gave us great service and feedback. They were understanding of our food restrictions.

5 out of 5! The food was amazing! Ordered a turkey and Ham sandwich and a tuna and there were fresh ingredients, and the bread was so good. Will definitely be returning for another sandwich A++

Took over 30 minutes to get a couple sandwiches. The employees were working so hard too. They should hire another team member, this has happened twice in the last two weeks.

Used to be one of our favorite sandwich places. It’s over priced but the food and service used to be decent. Went today and service was non existent and food was meh. If I pay $8 for a veggie sandwich, there should be no room for error. I asked for mayo, house dressing, side of balsamic and salt and pepper. Didn’t get any on them on my sandwich or the side. Attention to detail = 0. Just a bland, flavorless sandwich. The other sandwiches we had also seem thinner than normal. Very disappointing meal. Wasn’t busy.

definitely the best spot for sourdough bread. It’s not a bakery, but you’ll get sandwiches that are sensational… both my wife and I visit on a Saturday and sit down.. during the week we’ll order for pick up. She will get a Greek salad with chicken. You have two sizes small or large, depending on your hunger that day..
I’m a turkey and cheese guy and love the soups of the day ..
You shall not be disappointed ..
