I like this place for quick "fast food" . I usually order take out since the atmosphere is lacking.
They are usually understaffed so it's best to order online and pick up.

My sister and I usually love Yogi’s Grill. The one in the West Valley is really good and has a great atmosphere. This Yogi’s grill was the opposite. Firstly, it was a little grubby. Secondly, we ordered shrimp bowls and almost all the shrimp still had the vein with feces running through the back. The shrimp that was edible tasted dry, burnt, and rubbery. The rest of the bowl was fine though, so we asked for a refund for the difference in cost between a shrimp bowl and a veggie bowl. The store clerk gave us a full refund for one of the bowls instead and at first we thought that was just them offering good customer service. We threw away the shrimp and continued eating the rest of the bowl. Then the clerk came up to us and said that because we got a refund for the full bowl we should have thrown away the entire bowl. That just seemed very rude to me, especially since they offered originally to make a replacement veggie bowl, but we declined since we didn’t want to waste the perfectly fine veggie bowls we already had(without the shrimp).

The gal working was so kind from the moment we stepped in. Our food was cooked perfectly and as pretty as the pictures on the menu. The teriyaki chicken and rice bowl with a salad is my favorite thing to order. It’s cheaper at lunch if you make it in time. This location is great! We will be back!

Greeted when I came in the door by a very nice young lady. It was an early lunch 11:15 so it wasn’t busy, only a couple other people in the store. The space was clean and well kept. My order came out as I completed dispensing my drink. I thought Wow! I realized when I sat and started to eat exactly why it was so quick…it was barely warm enough to eat. I thought about leaving and heating it
In a microwave, nah! Hot food would have been better, it had good flavor. I got a chicken & beef bowl, both chicken and beef were tasty but the beef had half of one half the cuts was solid gristle and was inedible. I was extremely disappointed because I used to frequent Yogi’s a few years ago and was excited to give them a try again. Back then the rice was fresh and hot along with good portions of both meats that were obviously freshly cooked in a wok. In fact, where I used to go, you could see the cook at the wok making meal after meal. I may have to go back there and see if they are as good as they used to be. I’m hoping this was an anomaly. Sorry no photos today.

The 1-star reviews aren’t justified in my opinion. I’ve never had a problem with this place. Wait about 7-10 minutes for food to be ready, and it always tastes fresh. Service has always been polite and efficient when taking my order.

The cashier just set there as we walked in and was on her phone, I asked for teriyaki ball with vegetables only, and she still gave me rice, and as I was paying for it, she was anticipating a tip??it’s laughable. I’ll never go there again

Ordered and picked up food here tonight. The lady at the register was absolutely disgusting. My brother was just got done paying, while waiting for the food to be done. My brother and father where just standing there grabbing some silverware to go.
That lady started saying something to him. He didn't hear her and said excuse me. I couldn't here you.
She said that was rude. At this point we are all confused looking at one another. Then all of a sudden she started yelling on the top of her lungs. That was "RUDE" .... he asked what was rude? What did I do or say? I'm just standing here.
She proceeded to yell, my brother told her calmly, your not going to do that.
She screemed and said "I'm white, I can do whatever I want." ... the situation went on.

As long as that white lady with short brown is working there. My family and I will no longer be ordering here.

We saw the one star reviews but decided to give it a shot.
It smells like toilet the moment you walk in. We ordered two salmon teriyaki bowls to which the man at the register said they don't make. I pointed out the exact listing on the menu to which he responded "idk, sometimes they put a different sauce." We asked "Sometimes? Why call it that then? What sauce is it?" He had to check with the kitchen to confirm it's not teriyaki as named but eel sauce. We waited outside because it smelled so badly of sewer. When we got the food the salmon was extremely dry and the gyoza was cold.
Trust the one stars.

fast service. chicken in salad had a lot of tendons and was burnt on edges. the salad didn’t come with everything its supposed to and chicken was definitely not freshly cooked. not edible. gyoza obviously not fresh. weird sauce that didn’t taste like anything that came with gyoza.
