We have been wanting to try this place since we moved here and reading reviews we thought we would give it a try only bad comments were about the service not the food so we thought we would give it a try. We were disappointed to see the reviews were right. The lady was so ridiculously rude!! We obviously have never been here and have kids so we were asking how itās served and the serving size to know how to order the entrees and mind you itās completely empty no one is in there. The lady was rushing us very rude asking are you going to order or what?! We asked about the price and she said the price is in the menu same for 24 years we were so taken back we just said never mind and she said okay bye. With that kind of service I donāt know how they have been in business we were in there less than 5 minutes. Will definitely not return!

Had a dinner delivered from Zen's on 1/11/24. Let me start off by saying that I love Chinese food, and since my favorite Chinese restaurant closed, I've been trying different places. When the food arrived, I was really surprised that all of it was piping hot. The hot and sour soup was good (not great) and I was surprised to see a package of noodles in the box. Since all the restaurants are charging for them, this was a nice gesture.
Ordered fried rice, which was pretty good. Also ordered Singapore Noodles (one of my faves) which was just like I've had it before, so I give it a 9. It was odd that parts of it was salty, otherwise I would have given it a solid 10. The let down was Shrimp in Lobster Sauce. It was soupy and really nothing special. The last item was chicken with snow peas, which I've never had before. It was really delicious. I only tasted it because I had ordered a lot with plans to eat everything over the next couple of days.
Yes, I would order from Zen's again, being more selective in my choices.

The service was terrible. Absolutely rude. The food was ok but may have been slightly ruined by the service. My partner and I were getting a tire fixed at discount tire and walked over to see if this could be a future spot. We wanted something small and ordered the potstickers to share. The lady at the register tried to convince me to order more food and I declined. Clearly she didnāt like that we ordered one item because she tried kicking us out and have us take the order to go. She was hesitant to offer flatware and refused any further service, all because we ordered one item. I do not recommend this place.

Iām actually reviewing this restaurant without having eaten thereā¦ My wife and I were in the mood for Chinese food last night and this place was open a bit later than othersā¦ We tried it for the first time and as soon as we walked in, we noticed a terrible terrible smell. There was a lady behind the counter and I said weāre going to get some food here. Is it OK if we dine in and she said yes and then she handed me a menu and while I was looking at it she very rudely said āyou eat in, you sit at table!ā It was a very, very rude and aggressive, and was a total turn off to both my wife, and I, as we had never been to this restaurant. We were simply just looking at the menu she had handed us while standing at the counter. I read review is where this location does not know how to talk to customers and know what people are talking aboutā¦ I simply turned around and said ā Have a good night āand my wife and I walked out. she was talking smack as we were walking out, but we could not hear or understand her. We were sitting in the car, trying to figure out where we were going next, and we saw her come up to the blinds and look out to see where we had went. The push lady with the terrible smell in the restaurant, gives it a one star from me without having ever tried their food. Avoid.

Restaurant is always clean and taken care of. Iāve never had the woman at the register be rude, though I see a lot of reviews mention her negativity. I think itās the language barrier, more than her being rude
