We paid $7.51 for one medium blended espresso (nothing extra added), and it does not matter how good or bad the coffee might have tasted, the price is OUTRAGEOUS! We can buy 2 gallons of milk for that price! We will not be back. On top of that, the employee that took our order shoved a wifi "tablet" into my husband's face, asking for a tip. We said no, because we refuse to pay almost $8 for one drink and then tip. If the owners are going to charge an absurd price for their coffee, then they should pay their employees enough so they do not need to beg for tips.

Two Ziggis employees were working today (Abby and Peyton) and while I was ordering you could hear one of them talking very loudly and making rude remarks which seemed to be on purpose so that I could hear. With every thing I would add to my order she would say OH MY GOODDDDD AINT NO WAYYYYY AINT NOOOO WAYYYY. Mind you I go to Ziggis quite often and have never had an experience like this but this was sooooo rude and unprofessional. I got to Ziggis at 5:40 and they close at 6. It seemed as if she was upset because it was close to their closing time. There was still two cars behind me so I hope she didn’t treat them the same way….. they’re usually awesome and very quick, my daughter and I definitely have a Ziggi’s addiction so I’m pretty sad and disappointed that they treated us this way.

Ziggi’s is the perfect drive thru coffee shop!! I started going here in place of Black Rock Coffee down the street because you can get a larger sized iced coffee for less. My fav order is a fireside latte with an extra shot. They always have a great selection of delicious specialty drink flavors and the customer service is always top notch. 5 stars all around ?

I am really sick of being handed that nasty iPad that everyone e and their brother touches. It is gross, and it obviously has not been cleaned in a while, as is evident by the coffee stains all over the screen. Do better, don't be nasty. Starbucks doesn't have this issue, dunkin doesn't have this issue, McDonald's doesn't have this issue. Enough with the damn iPad.
