As someone who is pretty picky about coffee, I was nervous to try this place after the recent negative reviews. But upon my visit I was pleasantly surprised! Staff was friendly and efficient, I got the Carmel Machiatto and a Gf pumpkin bread. Which props to them for having gf stuff regardless. The coffee was pretty good!!

Tried the Colorado Mocha and it was pretty bad. Had an overpowering strong detergent like almond flavor only, no coffee no mocha no coconut, I had to throw it out and waste the 7 dollars as it toasted too much like soap. Friend tried the Fireside and it was completely watered down barely any coffee or flavor. I might as well just drank tap water with caffeine tablets. I’d avoid this place if you want any coffee drinks.

Was here this weekend and got 3 drinks and 2 burritos. The lady helping was kind and helpful. Beverages tasted great. We were asked what we wanted in them. For those who have had the experience of someone not asking, it could just be that person. There are kind and rude people all around, so it isn't an establishment issue, it's a person issue bc the staff member that helped us was great. And I've been coming here off and on for 2 years.

Was just there and got a frozen smash berry. Since when do y’all put cream and whipped cream on a frozen smash berry without asking if it needs to be added or not? Paid 7 bucks for a medium and I get this creamy crap? It tastes like my dogs food. Never coming to doggie ever again black rock has better coffee and better customer service than this place.

I really like what Ziggi's has to offer. They have such an amazing variety that you really can't go wrong. For those who enjoy Caramel, the Caramel Macchiato blender is the 💣. The blueberry pomegranate smoothie is also delicious. I highly recommend 👌

They had only 2 people behind the counter on a Sunday a.m. Waited forever becuz they catered to drive thru. Had to ask for my order, they couldn't find it and threw together a weak drink. Waste of 6 bucks.
