Today is 9/7/2024 and went to the Zipps at 4060 S Arizona Ave Chandler location. I have to give kudos to Sidney. She was great. Sidney was so kind and a very engaging bartender who made us feel welcome. The food was fair but Sidney made it enjoyable. Then at around 7pm a bartender who is petite with a long dark hair ponytail (small gold hoop earrings, charcoal vneck Tshirt and looks angry all the time) had an attitude. She spent her time talking with her friend at the bar. She wanted to know if I wanted another margarita. My husband gave her my order and she walked away saying “I heard you already “. We have been here a few times and I have NEVER seen someone so unhappy at this place before. I’m disappointed and the only person who made it right was Sidney.

Very loud and lots of ppl if you have someone who is sensitive to loud noise or sounds and anxious in crowds this is not the place to go but the staff is amazing and food is good. Great sports coverage also. Fun outgoing atmosphere!! Love the place.

I've been a customer for quite a few years of Zipps and it's a reliably good sports bar. Very good burgers and a ton of TVs too keep up with whatever's going on in the sports world.

The pretzels and beer cheese.... Oh my sweet heaven. They were so good. We also had the mushroom Swiss burger and fish and chips. Both were so good. Will definitely be back when in town!!

Waitress was inattentive, appetizers took over 30 minutes to come out, and our burger patties were overcooked and dry. Probably a rough day as it was packed, but overall communication between kitchen waiters/esses and customer was severly lacking

I dont know what happened with Zipps. But was not happy with the food. First they gave me the wrong side. Sent it back then when I got the right side tasted like it was old or in old greese. Complain to manager. She was not willing to do anything. Even complained to corporate. You just lost my business
Took a friend for a birthday dinner. She chose Zipps. Ordered chips &guacamole. Nothing special. Both ordered fish & chips. Chips were just limp greasy fries. Fish said it was beer battered cod. Not like any bbc I've ever had. No beer bite to the batter and fish was sliced thinner than they do at long john silvers. Did not taste like cod. Only gave it 3 stars bc it was hot. Our waitress was good. Won't be going back.

First visit was excellent. We were kindly greeted and promptly seated, unlike other restaurants that make you wait.Audrey was extremely attentive to our table as well as other tables around us. Our beverages, appetizer and food were served in a timely manner. The food was delicious and the overall dining experience was fantastic. Definitely returning, thank you.

Let me start by saying if you have been here prior and had a bad experience don't give up hope!
We were here a year ago left a one star review said we would never come back but we chose since its been a year we would see If they changed any and maybe it was just because we had the best waitor EVER but Sebastian was so kind, quick and professional. He took our drink order within a few minutes of us sitting and they had our 2 burgers ready within 15 or less. He came back to check on us tho at no fault of his own, the kitchen forgot cheese on a cheese burger, he got it corrected quickly. My husband loved the Scorcher burger with Jalapenos! I HIGHLY reccomened if you go in ask for him and get a To go margarita before you leave!! Yum! Five stars all around thank you Sebastian for doing a 360 on our experience from last year!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
