Website dont work and can't order food but you can call for an order. Food is good and you get alot more than. Other places for the price.

We've been to Zipps before, just not this location. This is NOT the better location. Food came out and my husband said that he ordered wheat, not white bread. The server apologized, said it was his fault & he'd fix it. Great! No problem! It was no big deal, we get it, we weren't upset. However, he watches as the server takes the food back & 3 other staff are clearly asking him what's wrong & the manager or assistant manager rolls his eyes. Im sorry we're paying for food we would like to eat the way we ordered it. How silly of us. He waited for his food, I started mine, rightaway. Onion rings were cold. Not warm, COLD. But my burger was steaming, literally, hot. His food comes out. Its correct and we thank the server, but his onion rings are cold as well. Oh well... now we know to just not go back.

Food was good like always but the waiter takes forever not only to take our orders but they took forever to give us our checks!

Service was great. Upon walking in the place smelled like old fry oil. Food was horrible. Burger was dry and tasteless. Fries were mushy and cold. Disappointing as I use to eat here all the time.

I am baffled. I came by last night hoping to grab a drink on special. The server was nice and informed me that I was about 3 minutes early for the reverse happy hour. I asked what drafts were available and she recommended the Thursday night special $5 mixed drinks. I let her know that I would like one of those when the special was available. When I cashed out I was dumbfounded, she had not waited the 60 seconds to ring it in during happy hour. I was charged $10. I was stunned clearly she would have gotten a better tip with the special price. Can someone tell me what happened here?

Back to edit this review because, while we loved Zipp's before, Bailee absolutely stepped it up. I don't think I've ever had such phenomenal service at a restaurant before, and her ability to recognize the needs of the table before we even said anything was almost supernatural. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Zipps Sports Grill is always a great experience! The service is consistently amazing — super friendly and on top of everything. You really can’t beat their Tuesday burrito deal, easily the best value in the valley. The burrito is huge and delicious every time.
One critique, leave the fries in the fryer longer!!!

I have always enjoyed coming to Zipp’s. I have been here many times and enjoyed my experience. I waited all week to come here and eat some mozzarella sticks and enjoy a zipparita. Unfortunately, this visit has made it hard for me to picture coming back again. We walked in and were waiting in the front for someone to greet us. It was not a horrible amount of time but enough to feel like we were going to be waiting awhile. Eventually someone greets us and takes us to our table. I could tell he noticed the ground underneath it was dirty but I figured it would be fine. I sat down and realized the floor was incredibly sticky and so he went and grabbed a broom. He brushed it up but I let him know the ground was sticky. He then proceeded to go grab someone to help him. And we just waited in the middle of the restaurant with our menus in our hands? Eventually we sat ourselves because we were confused. Then, the menu and drink menu were covered in a film and residue and it was beyond gross. At this point we were deciding whether to go or not but I really wanted my mozzarella sticks. I ordered the margarita and on it was an obviously old lime. And then the water was gross, and the lemonade was gross. I will say the food was good and our waitress was really nice to us and helpful (Thank you Deana (spelling?)). But everything else, quite frankly, sucked. I have been here so many times. After tonight, I will not come back. I let the manager know that I was frustrated with our experience and he kind of looked confused about my frustrations. He took $15 off of our bill. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending this restaurant for dinner anymore. My shoes are incredibly sticky. and Tonight was just really upsetting.

Everyone has an off day/ night this was one of them. The server did not seem to want to be there at all. Service was slow, the order was accurate and complete but painfully slow. The hostess was a great perky young woman and she had more spunk in 2 minutes than our server did all night.
We normally sit in the bar for a late snack/ dinner and drink and always have great service. I think we will just resort to that in the future!
