God if I could give them a zero for the way they handle business I would. The servers I’ve had that were great and made me come back were Nicole, McKenna, and Brianna. They deserve a raise. Definitely cannot say the same about Amber. They really need a new morning bartender. Kasey is horrible and she treats their employees like absolute garbage. She needs to take a page from Jessica’s book because she is phenomenal. All Kasey cares about are profits and not at all about having a healthy work environment and it shows. Beware anyone who ever wants to work here, look elsewhere. I will never return here because of how I’ve seen them treat their employees.

We went at 5 pm, kind of crowded in the bar area, we seated ourselves, per their protocols, in a booth in the bar. Seats are worn and not clean. Waited 10 minutes and no one acknowledged us. One server came to the table next to our to clean and pick up tip and didn’t even say, “I’ll be with you shortly”. Another couple came in after us and their order was taken first and delivered while we were still waiting for our server. Restaurant was empty on the other side with plenty of wait staff, maybe they can’t cross over to the bar area?? Used to be one of our favorites, but no more. Went somewhere else for happy hour and apps. Our new favorite place!

I normally wouldn't leave a review as I love zipps skewers but as I came in this evening after my shift in the same plaza for some dinner I ordered a salad and some skewers. I had requested the skewers crispy and salad dressing on the side but instead of the mix I wanted the oil and vinegar separated as on the menu. I have had this request many of times as the oil and vinegar mix is super oily since they don't mix it before serving to their guests. I asked to speak with the manager Jess and she approached me with a grinning smile advising me no that's not an option. Sorry we can't. She acknowledged she served me oily dressing and people say that a lot and that it should have been mixed but still wouldn't accommodate my request. I've worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years and I've been to zipps for about 15 and never once did I have a shitty experience with such a simple request. Won't be back for the lack of customer service and choice to avoid solving the solution but arguing with a customer. Dressing was gross!

My goal was a beer and a burger after a long day at the office. I just wanted to relax and take the edge off before heading home. The burger was hot and as-order, although the onion rings were barely warm to the touch. I tried eating a couple of them, but they simply weren't right. The first thought was that these were cooked earlier in the day and pawned off on me. I let the server know that they were not edible, so she took them back to the kitchen. When she returned, it appeared that the same onion rings had been placed in a different basked and warmed under the heat lamp. They were not hot or fresh. The server acted like she personally fried the onion rings herself. I knew she had lied to me about fresh/fried onion rings. I checked the temp of all of them, and they were all lukewarm and stale. I asked for a manager, and she was USELESS in the situation. Very disappointed at every level to say the least. While it was only onion rings, they completely lost all respect and lacked integrity. I can't recommend Zipps.

Horrible food especially the pizza. Onion rings and fries are cold. They sit in a bowl on the rack and are not fresh. Very soggy and poor quality.Very noisy. Horrible overpriced food. Pizza is very gross.

35 minutes to get seated 1 hour 15 minutes to get the food , all the food did not make it to our table , 40 more minutes to get the rest of the food . The condiment holders are nasty dirty salt and pepper shakers were sticky I asked for another salt and pepper and received some that were even more dirty , the plastic drinking glasses had lip stick on the rim, the outside dining area gross . Do not eat here.

Wish I could give this place Zero stars. Walked in, sat down. Service was not good. Food took almost 40 min to get. Ordered a bbq burger. Over cooked, swamped with bbq sauce, hard to eat. Fries were cold and over cooked. The only positive was the beer was cold.
