I arrived at 0630 and waited several minutes to be seated. Restaurant was not busy. Staff was heard laughing in the back and no one came out to seat me right away. Finally I stuck my head around the corner and said HELLO and someone finally saw me. When the hostess came out she got offended when I complained about waiting and refused to seat me. She remarked that I should be nicer to which I replied she should be more readily prepared to serve me. Usually this place has better service. Today they dropped the ball!!! Do better Chinle!

Service has improved remarkably after the change in ownership, friendly employees and quick service.
This Denny's is the best! The food is super yummy, service is fast and friendly and it's always clean. I've been here at least 5 times and each time great food. Bourbon burger, bourbon chicken, salad, chicken fried chicken, milkshakes.
Our server was Kee B!! Such a nice guy, I hope he sees his tips from today. We came in this morning, waited for a minute before staff told us they were short. We didn’t mind. He seemed stressed about everything but he memorized my family’s order without having to write it down and got everything right.

This night, they didn't have burgers or tenders... the waiter told us, shipment until tomorrow...5 of us were having dinner, an early birthday dinner... we all ordered, I got the superbird, when I got my meal, I envisioned how it looked in the picture...I looked it over, my first bite, I expected the heat and nothing, the seasoned fries were decent, but the sandwich temp was like it was sitting for awhile, it cooled down... everyone got their meal except one, my brother ended up leaving for burger King(which he says, was better fastfood)... we told the waiter to cancel his order, no apologies, no nothing and my mom, who was paying still left a tip(to which I said, no tip)...I live in chinle and I hardly eat out, this is the first time I've eaten here, this year, makes me regret choosing not to eat at junction earlier at 7:20pm...I must definitely will not be back...I also regret not taking pics

This Denny's is conveniently located to the town of Chinle and Canyon De Chelly. My wife and I ate breakfast here this morning. When we entered, I was immediately impressed by the well-lit and clean condition of the restaurant.
We were greeted promptly and we asked to be seated at the counter. A server quickly provided us with menus and asked what we would like to drink. In a few minutes we ordered and had our breakfast items very quickly. "Our" server was very friendly, personable, and attentive. Another server also came over to us, asked from where we came, asked about our visit to Canyon de Chelly, and gave us additional ideas of places to visit in the area.
Our food was hot and well-prepared, and I was completely satisfied with our visit. We both left feeling happy that we had stopped there. I highly recommend Denny's in Chinle.
There was little activity and the staff busied themselves with wiping down the tables. There was probably no time for service. Then I just left again. No recommendation!
