Really amazing young people working on June 26th around 130pm. Kind. Helpful. Apologetic for a dirty table when I asked them to clean. It’s unfortunate that’s not normal service anymore but let’s not be to negative. Very put together crew.

Today I came into the lobby to eat at Burgerking excellent service. The employees were so nice to me. There was no weight on the food and it was very fresh delightful it was a 10 out of 10. I definitely recommend all of the workers were making conversation and I felt very welcome. Might I add the lobby was very clean!

I tested this place to see if they could get a simple order right because accuracy sucks here. Ordered a rodeo cheeseburger which is wildly over priced to begin with, and added pickles, when I got it guess what it had no pickles!! $4.08 for a rodeo with pickles without pickles.

$17-$18 dollars for a burger, fries and a drink. Fries were cold and it was full of little tiny fries. First and last time. I'll stop at this burger King. Getting into this burger was weird as well.

This is the very first time I have left a review on anything! But this really got me upset! I just went to the drive thru... It was 9:52pm the employee asked for my order, I asked can you give me a quick sec. He replied with "well we are closing in 5 minutes" well I actually had 8 minutes to be correct... I thought wow! I would never tell one of my customers that! And yes I work at 2 stores here in Chino Valley and customer service is what I do! So of course they gave me old food! The fries were so old! So I asked for fresh fries. The employee told me to go park and he would bring it out to me... So I did... The employee brings my fries out... I get home and there is a cup of salt all over my fries! So I called the restaurant, asked to speak to the manager, he says he is the manager! I told him I was just there and my fries were so salty I couldn't eat them! He tell me that he saw the salt being put on the fries and they weren't over salted! I told him well they are and I'm not able to eat them! He continues to tell me that there is nothing wrong with the fries! So I told him I would like my fries replaced. He told me NO!😳 I told him so your not going to replace my French fries? He said they aren't salty! There is nothing wrong with them! So he was calling me a liar over a small fry! Then he hung up on me! Like really! I called back and no answer... Well the automated voice directery came on and says press 5 to speak to the district manager, and it is not a valid entry! Of course it isn't... He should not be working in customer service! He needs to be a porta potty cleaner! He didn't even give me my receipt so I'm not able to get a refund... And no I didn't eat the food!

We were on the road and saw Burger King but it only had 3/5 stars. We thought how bad could it be it's fast food. It was that bad. They were out of half of the things. All of our fried food was fried twice. The fries were hard and brown as were the nuggets. They didn't have mayo for the chicken sandwiches so I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes waiting to ask for a sause before someone same up to help me. I asked how long it for fresh fries and the cashier looked really annoyed.

For how pricey the food is they should have someone who doesn’t ask you to repeat everything 2/3x while I was basically yelling at the com lol.. Also they apparently had a lane closed which supposedly was indicated by a wet floor sign that was knocked over. Fries were cold the second the left the drive through and gave me no sauce
