Manager is rude and the food is usually cold. Sonic next door is much better.

Drove up to get food 30 minutes to closing and was told.No fried foods were availableNo french fries no chicken nuggets no tater tots no fried food no fish sandwich for lent. So asked for a double wooper burger, We were told they only had one beef patty.So i could not order another meal. What franchise fast food establishment starts stutting down before closing hours. Such a disgraceful establishment. Franchise should be removed. Im sure the corporate office would be asking what is going on at this spot. We left with no order.

Food is okay. Service was pretty good. I don't eat here often, because they put way too much mayo on the burgers. When I forget to say no mayo, it's way too much even when I scrape most of it off. Burger King must own stock in Miracle whip or something.

I ordered whopper Jr. to go. Bun was hard so before I left I asked for a new bun. She took it back and came out with a soft bun. I heard the microwave open twice so I knew all they did was heat up the same burger. I asked and she lied to me and said it was a fresh burger. Got it home and surprise it was the same. This would be the third and last time I have had a bad experience. I will never return

My croissant was cold and almost no color ..bacon cold egg cold ...and tater totts white and cold...
Burger King Chino Valley, Arizona. There was no line, Jada took our order and she was very polite. She read back the order to us and made sure it was correct. She also made sure that we received all what we needed. This young lady Jada sure knows what customer service is all about. The food was also cooked right it wasn’t burnt, we left happy there happy. Thank you Jada and team
Anahi was a very good worker she was nice respectful and very fast worker the restaurant was very clean and so was the tables and soda machine area. 10/10 would come back here again.

There is never anyone in line that should have told me something. I ordered a whopper and onion rings, they didn't have any onion rings. The food came very fast and was stone cold. The fries were like cardboard. No condiments offered and no napkins. I would give it zero stars if I could.
