Pleasant surprise. Never thought I'd come across this nice little restaurant in Chino. My daughter had the braised ribs over butternut squash ravioli and I had the sea bass. Both were wonderful. The cranberry bread pudding put this meal over the top. Definitely worth revisiting.

We love to eat here, food is never disappointing! A few weeks ago we went there for there Veterans appreciation, and we were served a wonderful lunch and it was at no charge ! They really do a great job at giving back to the community!

Dozens of Prescott Foodies can't be wrong! On our first visit, we were blown away by the food and service. Others have mentioned that the atmosphere is lacking; I would say, it's neat, clean, and welcoming without being stuffy. We had the bacon wrapped dates and clams, scallops and steelhead trout, and lemon curd cake. Pro tip: when you order the clams, order an extra loaf of bread to soak up the broth! We will definitely be back!!

Best food flavor, presentation and quality. The staff are outstanding, kind, fast and polite.
Atmosphere is nice. Wait staff is excellent. Wine was great. Pasta and soup, just so so. My date and I just recently returned from Italy so we decided to have the Linguine Alfredo in Applewood Bacon. Alfredo sauce is supposed to be creamy (I looked it up just to be sure). It had butter but very little cream, if any. As a starter, I ordered Lobster bisque. It too, had very little cream. Again, I looked it up, and the definition of a bisque is soup with a cream addition. So, bottom line, it was tasty but little mouth feel that would be expected from a bisque...and same with the Alfredo.

Great steaks and service, but with that, you have a very high bill.
People are very nice there, service was great and steaks were awesome. Be prepared to spend $$$$
The food and service are wonderful but the space is a little tight.

Guess what? I have been here twice. Tonight, my husband and I celebrated our anniversary for the third year. 💕 Essence is consistent in their professionalism, presentation of their dishes, and atmosphere. The chef and his wife make their rounds, greeting every table and check in on your experience; extremely personalized. 😇
This place is one of the best in the area. You will not be disappointed. Our server’s name was Hannah; very pleasant and provided a great suggestion for tea.
We ate the New York Strip with mashed potatoes, corn, mushrooms, and shrimp and short ribs with butternut squash ravioli.
For the appetizer, we had the chef’s special and a lobster soup. They were really sweet to bring out ice cream for our anniversary.
You will truly have a great experience here. No pictures because our food was too delicious.
Oh, by the way…there was a lady that gave us all a sample of opera singing. Great job 👏

Our meals were delicious. I had Parmesan Encrusted Trout Almondine with glazed carrots and beets. The Lobster Bisque brown broth soup was amazing. My husband had Icelandic Cod with bell pepper and cherry tomato salsa. Our dessert was peanut butter banana cheesecake with chocolate chips and drizzled chocolate. The flavors were subtle and delightful. The servers were friendly and very attentive. Our silverware was changed between courses. A very nice touch. I highly recommend Essence Kitchen + Bar!
