What a great place. The severs are young and timid but very friendly. The food is outstanding with massive portion sizes and the atmosphere/ decor is very homie. Definitely recommend the Pork Shank, zucchini medley, and French onion soup! 10/10!

Yesterday, I stepped outside my comfort zone. What the heck is a Pork Shank? Our server said is was a pork leg and resembled a LARGE TURKEY LEG. I took a chance (it was the mashed potatoes & gravy that got me!) OMG - eye popping size, much more delicious that I ever expected! We've eaten there several times over the last year or so, and keep returning. Soups are wonderful, burgers are outstanding, salads too, not to mention the pies!! The only thing that would make it better is an ocean view!!!☺️😆😉

I visited Gabby’s for the first time a few weeks ago, and ordered the pear and Gorgonzola salad with a side of pasta salad. The pear and Gorgonzola salad was pretty good, but I will say the pears tasted straight from a can. The pasta salad was also not pasta salad, it was macaroni salad, which also tasted just like the store bought kind. The waitress was very kind and accommodating, but the food wasn’t as authentic as I’d hoped it would be for a small town restaurant.

I had the burger with bacon and mushrooms, and my wife had the cuban sandwich. The ingredients were high quality and delicious! Our server was friendly and very attentive. We were seated near the kitchen where they were blasting country music, which was a bit distracting. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our evening. I would highly recommend this establishment!
