Best strawberry cupcake I have ever had! can't wait to taste the vanilla and German chocolate. Unfortunately none of the lemons made it home. who knew middle schoolers like lemon! I know where I am getting birthday goodies from now on.

Have driven by for several months. Finally had a chance to stop! Open 11-3 M-F. Great sandwiches. Good cupcakes! Friendly folks. Lovely little shop to sit in (only 5 tables). Emily says they are so busy and I believe it! The 45 min that I was there they had 5 customers breeze in and out.

Jed's Sandwich & Catering is a happening little place in Chino Valley. Known for their lunch favorites; each sammie has a unique name reminiscent of country culture, and they use all different breads, wraps, and bagels. Your meal comes with your choice of chips or homemade potato salad and a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie. Orders are placed at the counter, and there is a small diner if you plan to stay and eat. I had the cowpoke today. It's a good-sized wrap with plenty of pastrami and crunchy lettuce. The zingy red peppers and cool Chipotle ranch had a hint of spice. Layers of red onions, tomato, and a slice of cheddar cheese. I chose to have potato salad, creamy with lots of dill. I didn't go away without a sample of one of the goodies-of-the-day; the raspberry coconut bar. This dessert was a sweet and tart treat. It had raspberry jam upon a buttery shortbread with toasted coconut on top. Jed's is the place for a tasty mid-day meal; friendly smiles and a line out the door is a great way to tell they're a must try!

The Verde sandwich was delicious ?. I'm glad I got off work early and was able to try this place, I would definitely eat here more if they were open till 5 or 6.

Sandwich’s are great and I really want to go back to try a salad!! My friend Mary raves about them. Also I can’t say enough about family owned and ran places like this. The care and love that is put into everything is apparent and much appreciated.
