I'm so done with kfc! In Arizona anyways you guys are the worst. You're only redeeming quality was bringing back honey bbq chicken and now it's gone again. I drove 25 miles round trip this morning to find out they no longer have it. They closed the kfc in Prescott Valley AND Prescott. I was able to enjoy it ONCE! You guys might not care but you've lost my family as customers!

If I could go with out stars I would my order was wrong and I live a ways away and will not becoming back i spent way to much money to get nothing I wanted.. not to mention they dont have a correct number to get ahold of them. This is ridiculous

Stopped tonight to get my family some chicken strips got the 12 pc meal cost $48.00 I live 14 miles out got home and there was only 4 strips in the box. I drove back and told her we only got 4 pieces. She acted like I was lying. Truly why would I drive back for 8 strips. This happens so much and in a hurry you just hope someone does their job. I did not get the strips because I didn’t bring the food back I ended up stopping at McDonald’s to get a couple cheeseburgers kind of done with this place. Just stop and look at your food before you leave they really don’t care if you don’t get the right food. This stinks I really like KFC just not this one.

The workers need to pay attention. I ordered a drink with my order and when they gave me my food, I had to ask for my cup. They were going to give me a water cup because they didn't pay attention to my order. I had to insist that I ordered a drink. Only then did they check and see that I had and give me a regular cup.

The help was apathetic again today (as always) and this place is filthy. No wonder KFC locations across the country are closing down.

I usually don't do reviews on a drive through window. But this is needed.We like KFC food. Enough on that.Service though. Oldeir was working the window. This young man was very polite. Big smile and very friendly. He handed us our order and saw us struggling with the old cups in our vehicle so we could put the new ones in. He said, hand those to me and I'll take care of it. Thank you young man

You know what really bugs me about having to send this review? When I first moved to Chino Valley just this last summer, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. I would even go there for lunch at least twice a week. Recently the service waned, then the diner got worse, then very recently the quality of their food got worse. They may have hired some bad help recently, but you know what? I don't believe I will eat there anytime soon or possibly ever. It breaks my heart because it seems there are less and less decent places to eat around here. I guess I'm bringing my lunch for now on. The managers here better make some changes, because it's really bad to lose business when the competition isn't any better. ? Hmm...I guess the mom and pops businesses stand a chance against you franchise jobs after all! Who would have thought? Maybe one should open in y'all's location. That is if you don't fix it. You managed to knock one customer off your list just today. I just wonder how many people you turned away, because the drive through has been awfully full to be serving that many people poor quality chicken.

Went in to get a special from the app and it would not work, went into the store and Bianca tried twice, called a manager and a second manager came up Clifford and he tried twice to get it to work offered a few dollars off but said that is all he could do. Not a happy customer ?
