You know what really bugs me about having to send this review? When I first moved to Chino Valley just this last summer, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. I would even go there for lunch at least twice a week. Recently the service waned, then the diner got worse, then very recently the quality of their food got worse. They may have hired some bad help recently, but you know what? I don't believe I will eat there anytime soon or possibly ever. It breaks my heart because it seems there are less and less decent places to eat around here. I guess I'm bringing my lunch for now on. The managers here better make some changes, because it's really bad to lose business when the competition isn't any better. ? Hmm...I guess the mom and pops businesses stand a chance against you franchise jobs after all! Who would have thought? Maybe one should open in y'all's location. That is if you don't fix it. You managed to knock one customer off your list just today. I just wonder how many people you turned away, because the drive through has been awfully full to be serving that many people poor quality chicken.

Myself and my sister in law has tried to get away from the hospital and she said she had a story to get food at night because she is going dialysis and the kitchen is closed ? after she gets home from all day ?.Dietary restrictions: Roasted chicken and rice ??Wheelchair accessibility: Badd balance and drive thru

Went in to get a special from the app and it would not work, went into the store and Bianca tried twice, called a manager and a second manager came up Clifford and he tried twice to get it to work offered a few dollars off but said that is all he could do. Not a happy customer ?

The employees are vulgar mouthed. I was served what looked like a hummingbird leg and asked for a replacement. The guy threw it across the kitchen cooking area and said "that's how they are". I wish McDonald's had been open.Update12/2/23The store dining room is dirty...not like busy dirty but they have cleaned for a week dirty floor, tea dispensers, bathroom.

everything was standard kfc freshness, the mac and cheese was great, the spicy chicken sandwhich was a bit gamey and dry but thats ok, the bread and sauce were fresh and well prepped.

Went & got 2 pieces of chicken, a large mac & cheese & 2 Pepsi. Mac & cheese was only half filled & the Pepsi was so flat you could see through it. Also the lady at the drive thru was rude like we shouldn't be bothering her at her

This is a combination, Kentucky fried chicken and Taco Bell. I ordered from the Taco Bell side today. The number three which is a burrito supreme, and a taco supreme. The taco supreme was super crunchy which told me it was fresh taco shells and I loved it. The burrito supreme I had special ordered, but somehow it just didn’t come out right and I couldn’t finish it. Service was great. Prices a little high for just one person but that’s how it is nowadays. For being a duo kitchen restaurant, they actually are on top of each of the different stations. The KFC side is delicious and fresh. Never a problem with them, and the Taco Bell side is equally as good.
They seem to be out of KFC menu items pretty frequently. Last time, there was no extra crispy chicken and no pot pies. I think it was the same the time before as well. They have also gotten extremely expensive. The food is always good, and the staff tries hard to do what they can, however.

Our chicken tenders were horribly fibrous and rubbery. We picked it up on our way out of town, so we couldn’t take them back. So gross.
