For somebody who claims to have the best burgers in town, they not just only made us wait for burgers that were ordered well done, but when I got my Togo order home the burgers were almost all pink. My bottom bun was soaked. I asked for my burger with no pickles and had 3 times the pickles on it to the point where my bottom bun was soaked in pickle juice. I had to eat my burger upside down and they didn’t add ketchup in our to go containers for our fries I couldn’t help but wonder if it was purposefully made because weren’t white I’m gonna go back and see if the chef was just having a bad day or they really don’t know how to make burgers Also in case they don’t they didn’t want my kind in there I wanna make sure other people don’t get this treatment

Lots of up charges: (1) They don't accept bank cards -- apparently because they want to rook you out of an extra $3-$6 at the ATM. (2) For the sandwich I ordered, the menu said $12. But they charged me $14 (I'm guessing most people wouldn't notice the extra $2). When I pointed out the error, the apparent owner got cussing mad -- literally.

Katie the bartender makes this place great! The burger was also spot on! Surprised how big the side salad was! Fresh and sull of veggies and cheese. For a dive this place would be a definite go to in Chino Valley if I lived here!

This was our first time going to Lucy’s and decided to stop in because we were in chino for dinner tonight. The people were friendly and Heather is the most amazing bartender! Super sweet and makes great drinks. Definitely will be back!!!
