I did an online order and I called to make sure an item that I wanted on there was added. They kept me on hold for well over 10 minutes so I hung up and called back again. He tried to put me on hold once again and I said No. They told me that the item I was sure, that, I put on there, was not added. The young man was rude with me so I told him to cancel my order. And to not show up at my house with it, because, I will send it back with the driver. I will never order from Pizza Hut in Chino Valley Arizona, ever again. I've had issues before and your service Sucks.

We had the Happy Hour lunch/dinner special (4-7pm): endless pizza, pasta and salad for $9.99. A really great value, and even includes a drink and dessert. The variety of salad and pasta could use some improvement though- the pizza and service was awesome though. Even the manager checked on us. -p.s. the music to the grab-a-toy machine in the backroom could be muted. It drove us batty 😆

Every time I come to this Pizza Hut, the service is terrible. I come to get my little man a personal pizza with olives and cheese and I bet on being there 40 minutes at least today was no difference. I decided to have a beer the lady pour the biggest head beer I’ve ever seen in my life and then walked away and said she’s gonna let it settle. I left that heavy be right there. I need for the heads of people to come down here and be a private shopper and see how terrible the store the pizzas are sitting around getting cold. The pizza in the buffet is not loaded. There’s no dessert. Everything is in the kitchen waiting to come out of the oven. They’re so slow and the customer service is terrible

Multiple delivery drivers claim they never get the delivery instructions for online orders, they don't follow special cooking instructions either. Tonight in addition to the above failure to read the instructions received an incorrect flavor of wings.

This pizza hut never fails. This is my second year having a birthday party for my son. They are on it. Food was fresh drinks were always full and the service like always is outstanding. Thank you to you all at pizza hut for being so awesome.

I was visiting Chino Valley for a Girl Scout event and this was the only place near Memory Park we could find that was open after 9pm on a Friday night. I hadn't been to a Pizza Hut in many years. What a nice place! There were so many local sports portraits hanging, the televisions were on but not too loud, and they had some family games. The place was clean, the service was very polite and good, and the food came out promptly and was delicious. The BBQ chicken stuffed crust pizza was great, the bread sticks were crisp on the outside and soft in the inside, and the boneless chicken wings were amazing- we got the sweet chili and the garlic parmesan. Thanks for a great night!
Parking: Plenty of parking and I appreciated the well lit lot
Kid-friendliness: They have video games and all their food is kid friendly. The place is large enough that families don't have to worry about child noise.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wide open spaces for wheelchairs and walkers. The seating accommodates every special need and large people
