Normally we always enjoy going to scooters. The reason we gave the lower score as because a lot of the stuff that we asked for they didn't have but didn't tell us until after we had paid and they got the sizes of our drinks wrong. But we'd be more than glad to give him another try.

Have been going to scooters for years now! I went on Sunday morning to grab a coffee I had went a couple days before and had gotten this sugar cookie drink I asked them to make it again same ingredients and the lady was absolutely rude, refused to make the entire drink I had explain it was made a couple days before! Is there a reason maybe they were out of an ingredient and nope she Absolutly just refused to make what I was asking for! I just drove off!! I will continue to go to scooters but not this location!

Admittedly I have (or should I say “had”) a slight addiction to Scooters coffee. I have been there approximately 30 times over the past couple months. However, I will NEVER go to Scooters again!!!!!

I ordered a small blended drink last week (I almost always get a medium drink. I think I have only gotten a small drink once or twice in my entire 2.5 years of going to this location), and when the barista handed me the drink through the window, the lid popped off and its spilled all over my brand-new car! The drink exploded and coffee flew everywhere. All over the steering wheel, front dash, doors, and the entire whip cream topping went down the side of the seat and underneath. I drove over the side window and let the barista know what happened and she said that this happens all the time. The lids on the “small” cups do not stay on, even if they make sure to push them on, they still come off. Then she proceeded to hand me a stack of napkins and went about her business. Then another barista came over and inquired about what happened and she also stated that she knew these lids were a problem. She handed me a clean rag and proceeded to make me a new drink.

When she made the new drink, she told me that she put the drink in a medium cup, I assume to ensure that it would not spill. I cleaned the car to the best of my ability and asked for the owner’s phone number or email to discuss the incident with them and she said that there is no way for me to contact them. She said she would pass along a message to them, though. I asked her if corporate had a phone number and she said I could just google it. I asked for the number again she reluctantly looked it up and provided it.

I received a phone call from the owner (or at least I think he is the owner), Dana, and he asked me what happened and I explained the situation and he said “I am really sorry that happened to you.” I then asked him if he would be willing to pay to do a detail of the inside of my car considering Scooter’s was at fault and he said no. He said that as soon as I took possession of the drink that I am responsible. I explained that Scooter’s knew there was an issue with the lids on the small cups, and they did not do anything about it. They did not warn me, or put it in a medium cup to prevent this from happening. He then repeated himself and said “I am sorry this happened to you.” I asked him if he was going to address or take any responsibility for the fact that they knew this was an issue and did not do anything. He repeated “I am sorry this happened to you.” He would not even acknowledge my question. He did not take responsibility for ANYTHING and was a total jerk about it. Dana thinks that offering some fake robotic apology makes it right. Just own your mistake and fix it and let us move on. Instead, he is willing to lose a loyal customer who frequents their location A TON! Dana, this is a small town my friend and word of mouth is huge and you have zero customer service skills. You should not be in any sort of leadership or customer service role. You handled that phone call so poorly.

When I reached out to Scooter’s corporate they directed me right back to Dana. A total failure on Scooter’s part. So long Scooters!!

Got 4 cinnamon rolls and 4 drinks for myself and some of our crew this morning. $54. The cinnamon rolls didn't have frosting. I asked for frosting and they put the tiniest amount on. I asked for more and they said they were out. Cinnamon roll pictured is the one that i kept for myself and had the most frosting. Will NEVER go back!

Most diluted coffee I've ever purchased. Barely had any flavor. 3 of us in our group all ordered different options but were equally disappointed.
