Very disappointed!!! I ordered just a PLAIN HOT DOG NO BUN this afternoon. My son is celiac. They brought it out on BUN. I sent it back. All the did was remove the bun. It was covered in crumbs!!! Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves!!!! He’s 9 non verbal little boy that you could have made Very very sick. I had to wash it off!!! Pure BS and laziness!!! True BS!! If you don’t know how serious celiac is maybe you need to get educated!!!! 2-15-26

This is possibly the worst sonic on the planet. The last few times I went there it takes at least 10 minutes for anyone to even say hello through the drive-thru speaker. They are always out of everything. This time there was no chili, no slushes and no more butterfinger lol. The drive-thru girl was very nice but other than that this place is horrible.

Sometimes when people ask for something to be left off their food it's because they are allergic. My companion asked for no onion, her burger was loaded with them. I asked for no lettuce nor tomato but extra onion. I got a few pieces of chopped lettuce and nothing else but burger and cheese. When a fast food meal costs more than $30, they are paying employees $15 an hour, you'd think they'd have some active listening going on. In this case it could've caused a medical emergency or even death. Also, napkins are a nice thing to provide.

All I wanted was a shake, but it was down. The first five parking spots are now mobile orders, so we parked all the way in the back. Order was slow, probably forgot about us since we are out of their sight. And the mobile order next to us was wrong… I don’t know if I would bother coming back…

Do NOT waste your time or money. I love to get their drinks. However I have been sitting at the order pick up for 20 minutes!!! And the 2 people that were in line when I got here are still here, This isn't the first time and now I remember why I haven't been back. Lesson learned. App uninstalled.
Update--& I finally got my food 27 minutes later and everything was cold And almost all of the ice in my drink was melted.
