I hate to leave a bad review but I do know that this is something that has to be addressed. The last couple times I’ve been coming I’ve gotten my food cold , gotten told they are out of product thought it was just that one bad day but no thought to give it another try and same thing happened today .

I’m so sick of the employees doing half ass on there orders and not listening when I order a meal and it seems to be for the third time in a row of going there they always manage to forget something in my order 🤦🏼♀️ it’s frustrating that I am paying them just to receive my order and be missing stuff. I will no longer be providing them with my business especially the evening shift! They always lack on making sure I everything is correct in my order.

First of all, it will take you about 20 mins just to order your food. Been here 3 times now, twice they were out of a lot of food.
Tonight I went in, waited about 10 mins in the drive through just for the person to take the order in a completely dead restaurant with absolutely no customers there. After waiting, I place my order.. oh sorry we are out of burgers! Out of burgers at a burger joint???
This seems to be a local trend here, managers arent ordering enough food, and every fast food chain around here likes to close early. Go in 2 hours before closing and everything is already cleaned and they just plain don't want to work until close.
Now it's midnight, and everyting is closed because I banked on sonic doing what they say they will do. 3rd shift, and no food for me until tomorrow, yay! Thanks Sonic. Nice to see that 20 bucks an hour for fast food workers working out so well.

Went through drive thru got up to the box to order waited 25 min. No one came to say be right with you or nothing had no idea if we were to pull forward or sit there. Customer service here sucks.

Seems to be a problem with consistency. A couple weeks ago, ordered Coney's with extra onions. Brought out the order, had to buzz them back, as there were no onions. Then they said they had ran out...at noon, out of onions, and why did I have to ask? Then yesterday, ordered Coneys with extra mustard and extra onions. Order came out with no onions, buzzed inside and said they would bring some out, so we waited a bit. Added the onions ourselves and bit into the Coney...and then discovered there was no mustard on the dogs. Passed on the mustard as it goes under the chili, on the dog and what a mess that would be in the car. Anyway, good place but need to buckle down on getting orders right. Car hop with black hair was very nice and polite and apologized for the wait (22 minutes) and the missing onions.
The employees were fast and super nice the gentleman that served me was absolutely amazing he was nice very polite and very punctual with the order he double checked the order and everything was as ordered! Thank you for making breakfast enjoyable

Order 2 large drinks at 6:22pm and it took them over 25 minutes to make them and bring them to me. (There were 3 vehicles here total including mine) when they brought the drinks, one of them was the wrong order... unless you have plenty of time to waste, I would NOT recommend this location at all. This was actually the 3rd time it's happened at this location. Also tried calling over the red button, it took them 6 minutes to respond to that... pathetic.

Well, one thing I can say is with sonic. You at least go what you ask for the food is never bad. Do you get napkins?They're not in a big damn hurry and forget everything
