No shakes tonight, so I ordered a sundae. A half an hour later I get liquid totally melted and they said so sorry have a good night. I will never be back again.

All I wanted was a shake, but it was down. The first five parking spots are now mobile orders, so we parked all the way in the back. Order was slow, probably forgot about us since we are out of their sight. And the mobile order next to us was wrong… I don’t know if I would bother coming back…

Do NOT waste your time or money. I love to get their drinks. However I have been sitting at the order pick up for 20 minutes!!! And the 2 people that were in line when I got here are still here, This isn't the first time and now I remember why I haven't been back. Lesson learned. App uninstalled.
Update--& I finally got my food 27 minutes later and everything was cold And almost all of the ice in my drink was melted.

Sitting in a stall we waited 40 minutes for our food which NEVER CAME! My spouse walked in for a REFUND. STILL waiting for refund to come back to us.

I drove 20 miles with a sundae for my terminally ill father—only to have the lid fall off in my car and the ice cream melt everywhere. I returned expecting a simple replacement, not a third-rate performance.
The on‑duty manager refused to replace or refund, and upper management hasn’t returned a single call.
This wasn’t just bad service—it was callous. We all stumble sometimes, but failing to even apologize to a sick man’s son is unforgivable.
Boycott this place. Until both managers are FIRED and formal apologies are issued, Chino Valley deserves better.

They forgot my onion rings, so i told them to please add them to the order. Then gave me small chicken tenders after i paid for large onion rings.

This is the slowest sonic in the world even when they are slow it still takes forever even just to get a drink. They also like to say they are out of slushes and shakes often at night when they just don’t want to clean their machine again. If you go here don’t expect to be in and out be side to add an extra 30 minutes to your trip even through the drive through.

It is 7:09 pm June 22. We have been here since roughly 620 and are currently sitting at a stall waiting for our food to be remade for a 3rd time. There is absolutely no accountability at this location. Have been in chino valley for a year, and frequent this restaurant because there are not a ton of options. 60-70% of the time I have to ask them to fix my order.

The slowest service I’ve received in a long time, I tried to order at the outside sitting area and waiting 10 minutes with no one to take my order. Then went through the drive through and after ordering I sat in the drive through for 15 more minutes to get my food. And after waiting all that time the food wasn’t even worth it. I don’t recommend this sonic location.
