Ordered ahead through the app. Was told upon check in that they were unable to make the shakes because the machine was broken. No big deal, just asked for a refund. Employee said they couldnt refund and that she could get their manager to come explain it to me and that they were unable to process the delivery. I said yea to get the manager then another employee cane out to tell me to call sonic at 10:30 pm to get the refund. I asked for the shift manager Shelby again because of this to try and get some consolation or guarantee of refund and she then send more employees to try and explain rather than coming out herself. Very disappointing.

Not only were the tots cold, but they were cooked in old grease. Glad I didn't order a corn dog!!

Wife wanted chili cheese dog and sonic had them on sale 2 for 7 bucks. I ordered 2 and a large fry and 2 medium shakes. When the waitress brought it out I asked if I got the sale price she looked confused. I told they have been on tv sales ads for 7 bucks. She said she would have much chili it, and when she came back she said the manager said it went off sale today and she couldn't change the price. I went home and we ate them. The fries were just ends and pieces, the hotdogs didn't have much chili or cheese on them. They taste bad and dry. The only thing that was any good was the shake. We don't go there much a I remember why.

Food was horrible my chicken nuggets were dry and over cooked, they didn't put cheese on our cheeseburgers, they forgot to give ranch dressing with our pickled fries (which is advised to come with) the over all experience was absolutely horrible!
Sonic is so tasty, refreshing, and convenient.
