They are always out of syrups and drinks. They also charge you for drinks you did not order...I ordered a shaken iced espresso, they guy rang me up for an iced hazelnut latte because they were out of the normal syrup they use. This is the most expensive Starbucks around. I only pay 6.28 for the same drink at Fry's, here I paid over 7 bucks.

I ordered a matcha latte just now, and when it came out it was DARK green.

I tasted it when I got to my car and so much matcha powder had been added to it that it was bitter. And it was bitter to the point of being undrinkable. So I got back out and tossed it in the trash. 5.50$ for an undrinkable garbage drink. I've gotten matchas from your locations before, I know what theyre supposed to taste like.

Starbucks, there are standards for how much powder to put in drinks. There are measuring spoons, and I know your franchise has instructions on how to proportion drinks. Train your staff.

Very poor service. Not friendly here, a blonde rang us up and tried to ring us quick before I could enter my number for a free drink on my birthday. (I waited for the screen to pop up and then before I could even enter one digit she pushed it through) We had two drinks on order so it wasn't like we went up just for one free drink. When I asked if she could go back so I could enter my number she looked behind me at no one in line and just said she couldn't like she was worried she was gonna get a line trying to fix the issue or run her time. I spoke to Safeway management about her attitude and unwillingness to help as well to further notify how poor and improper the service was.

Mare ride and how has no idea how to make a simple latte... I ordered two of them and one had no espresso and the other put out thick Carmel drizzle on my cup!?! Why didn't order like that and when I tried to kindly correct her she became even more rude! The day manager seems to hire very irresponsible and untrained baristas!! $18 dollars what a waste we threw them out in Safeway !!

Ive never had a bad experience here! My drink are always what I ordered and delicious! Everyone is super friendly in there and very explanatory if you have questions. Definitely recommend them!

Dietary restrictions: They can make your drink accordingly to dietary restrictions

Kid-friendliness: Everyone there is super friendly and kind! I've never ran into a rude employee in the 11yrs I have been going there!

I took my daughter here yesterday for her first ever Starbucks experience and got her a chocolate milk. The cashier, Sarah, was so kind to my daughter and so excited for her. She took the time to make my daughters first experience special. Thank you Sarah, your kindness will be remembered.

I went to starbucks as usual and me and my sisters ordered our drinks. Like usual I ordered peach in two of the drinks and when I tasted it didn’t have any. One of them we ordered cold foam and they didn’t put any in it and I payed for it. I payed 20 fricken dollars for drinks that taste like water. the mango dragon fruit tasted like water. The pink drink that needed to have cold foam didn’t and it tasted like water also. the one i got tasted like milk. They were looking and whispering about me. the other times I went to Starbucks. They made my drinks perfectly fine, so I have reason to be mad that they made my drinks taste like water. I feel disgusted by being treated this way as a customer, I believe that they should treat , every customer with respect.
