Worst subway I've been to
One eye guy ( respectfully) very helpful and polite , the woman with the Raiders tattoo on her arm so mean and rude like if I was asking for free stuff . No customer service skills whatsoever .

Horrible. Ordered for pickup. My sandwich looked as if they had squeezed it between their fingers along with the wrong ingredients. Bread completely torn. Will go to a different location in the future. Incompetent staff and horrid quality. Unacceptable with these prices. This store needs an employee/management overhaul.

Their great when their open , but there has been multiple times where I go to get dinner after I get off work and they have closed early about an hour to an hour and a half early.

Called to ask questions confused about why my food is not correct when I ordered it correctly the manager Jeffrey hung up on me. When I was simply trying to figure out why my food was not correct.
Was even rude in store. Dude if you don’t like your job find a new one!

It was the worst service the girl was very condescending and rude, very pushy and annoyed that we were even in there. She was giving my daughter dirty looks as soon as she approached the counter. The sandwich was even worse them the service, the sandwiches were both foot longs and there wasn't even enough fillings or meat the fill a 6 inch and they were no where near worth $28.00. I wouldn't even care about the price of the two sandwiches if I would have even got half of my monies worth for the price we paid or if the service might have even cone with a half a** smile or for the girl to wear gloves while making our sandwiches. I am truly sad and disappointed at the lack of customer service but even more disappointed in the price for the "lack of product" recieved.

Dietary restrictions: Yeah don't eat here if you don't want to leave with less then you pay for but still as hungry as you were when you walked in the place

Kid-friendliness: It's not even people friendly at this point.

This place needs a -10 star rating.
I ordered a party sub for my daughters graduation. The employee was very nice. When the day came, I called multiple times trying to make sure the sub was done and ready. The lady who answered the phone was rude and acted like I was bothering her(she turned out to be the manager).
When I picked it up, it was over $50 more then I was quoted. They had my name and phone number and didn't let me know. I told the manager that's not what I was quoted and she said she knew and was nasty about it. She didn't even try and make it right, just blamed her employee. I should have walked out and not paid but I had a house full of graduates. The bread we as rock hardI and stale. I emailed corporate and never heard anything back. Worst run business in Chino Valley. I will never buy from them ever again. I will never purchase anything at any subway because corporate couldn't care less either.

My daughter spent 10 minutes trying to get someone's attention so she could get a fountain drink for her father. Everyone was in back and she could hear music playing but after yelling repeatedly, nobody came out to take care of her.
Please educate your workers - at least one employee should ALWAYS have a view of the door.
