This used to be our favorite Subway and we were really looking forward to going to lunch today, but What a Disappointment! There wasn't anyone in the restaurant so we walked up to the counter only to have to wait while both employees worked on an online order. I felt like we weren't worthy enough to be waited on. When we finally got someone to assist us, the experience was totally different from how it used to be. There was a big piece of steel in front of the meat and cheese so you couldn't see what was being placed on your sandwich( sad you no longer carry Swiss cheese) and when it came to the vegetable section, the attendant just kind of threw them onto the sandwich. We wanted a soda to go with our lunch, but the fountain was out of CO2 so nobody could get a fountain drink. This is unacceptable for lunch hour on a Monday! We settled for ice water and sat down to eat our meal. The crust was too burned and hard to enjoy so I ended up picking it off so I could eat it. We ate our meal and then I wanted to wash my hands before we left and there wasn't any soap in the Ladies' room! All in all it was a Very Disappointing experience! And for this we paid $25.00! I doubt we'll be back. Safeway deli makes sandwiches, too and they're right next door.

Horrible location. They only ever ha e one person working will make you wait for every single online order they receive even if you are here when it comes in. Won't acknowledge your existence. Never have what you want in stock. Pick a different subway or place to eat.

Subway Chino Valley AZ is so inconsistent and the app never works!!!! To offer any discount or incentives for their poor employees if your stupid app is down which negates rewards and frankly my motivation to buy more. I would love to see corporate or management permit their employees to honor rewards or bogo deals when their app is down and not give these much customer dissatisfaction. The sandwich is consistent and your employees are nice and friendly but please fix the app or allow your trusted employees to give your customers a discount for your shortcomings, not theirs.

If there was a zero star option, I’d select it. Every since management changed the place has gone down hill. Staff has been mistreated, told their hours were cut due to overstaffing, yet the new manager brought in staff from her other store. The new manager’s wife is one of those people and works the line with her underwear showing. That’s not within health code and makes me want to puke. Needless to say we did not order nor will we be back. Especially because we know the people that used to work there and how they were treated was unacceptable. The owners should not be happy with the management that is running their store into the ground.

OMG LOVE THE FOOD I get some Italian bread with shredded cheese cooked than I add some mustard lettuce salami and pepperoni it's soooo good. The service their is okay but I have my mom order for me. The ambiance is not really that good it's just plain. I would rate it a 4.5/5

Not good management. They'll fire you for no reason, and they'll try to make up an excuse. Hires inexperienced people. Food takes too long, and prep is too long. 30min-1hr wait.
