I have to incidents that occurred at this KFC Taco Bell first one was about two weeks ago and my fiance had ordered me a number 12 from the Taco Bell side and you want to know what I got two tacos and chips 😬 it was supposed to be a burrito 🌯 . And then today we ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and we went home and I realized that we didn't get the medium fry that we had ordered to I went back to the drive thru and told the lady that was extremely rude to me and accused me of having the fry and said when I put the napkins in the bag I swear I seen a fry in the bag and had a nasty attitude towards me. And I told her I am not jipping you like I want to get what I paid for and not have a nasty attitude about.

The tortilla edges were dry and hard like the steam cabinet was not being used. The burrito was very thin and unsatisfying. The girl with the gauge earrings missed my taco order so I didn't even get what I ordered and left hungry. Tables are dirty.

I’m so angry. We have gone here a few times because it’s easy, fast and close. Each time we ask for bean and cheese burritos with EXTRA cheese and EXTRA beans and sauce…which we pay extra for… EVERY DAMN TIME the burritos are mainly all tortilla with little to no beans and a sprinkle of cheese… they are seriously smaller than a regular burrito. I asked my husband if this was a joke because they were so small and basically a dry rolled tortilla. This location needs to be reported to corporate. All these one star reviews are unacceptable

This is actually a combo taco bell/ kfc. I paid top dollar for an 8 piece meal and got three thighs and one breast, along with two wings and two legs. It may seem petty, but I expect to get what I pay for.
