No one there but me and I had to wait way too long for the girl to figure out their new system. Otherwise, breakfast food was just ok.

Nasty, tough flour tortillas, 'crispy' tacos soggy. If not for the tiny packets of hot sauce there would be no flavor at all. Tacos, burritos, mex pizza. Not the taco bell I used to enjoy. Basically threw it all away.
Joey, can't run a cash register.... I know his name because he messed up everyone's order... I sat in taco bell for 20 minutes waiting on 2 items... Everyone needs to be fired and a whole new crew needs to be assembled.. Absolutely awful performance..

They had 1 person out front of service. In her 60s4 people inline and she waddles like a penguin to fix the soda fountain ! Now after 7 minutes or so. My order was simple 2 breast & a leg Xtra crispy, just 3 pieces of chicken in a box, so 3 people get food, gathering by a mid 20s woman running drive through, packing g orders for front, and back. Never missed a beat. Front service, just standing around. I forgot she waddled never lifting eather shue. Again 3 pieces of chicken in a box. This disabled veteran was standing there 18 minutes. For 3 pieces of chicken in a box. my advice, keep drive through woman and fire everyone else. She had it down, front and drive through one person cook chicken, 2 high schoolers to throw Doritos taco together. 6 people standing around taking up space should not be. Send them home. Drive through need a rase!now I see the bottom questions 3 pieces chicken in a box. 16.50ish, too much, for too little, and I got crippled over trying to stand, waiting for it. It won't ever happen again. I will never be back!!!!!

There is a female manager who insists on treating me a disabled veteran awfully. On sunday she refused my orders both on the KFC app and the Door dash app. She left the phone open and I could hear her laughing with her co.Worker in the background. I have placed numerous orders through the store and doordash with no issues whatsoever.

Closing at 11 is kind of wack but my limo fits in the drive thru which was super convenient because my wife already had her boots off so I was able to feed her and get her home quick enough so I could get lucky. We didn’t even wait to get inside I hopped in the back and got busy right there in the driveway. Drive thru should come standard that width for big rigs like ours. We’re thinking about moving to Chino Valley because your drive thru is so good.

I have to incidents that occurred at this KFC Taco Bell first one was about two weeks ago and my fiance had ordered me a number 12 from the Taco Bell side and you want to know what I got two tacos and chips 😬 it was supposed to be a burrito 🌯 . And then today we ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and we went home and I realized that we didn't get the medium fry that we had ordered to I went back to the drive thru and told the lady that was extremely rude to me and accused me of having the fry and said when I put the napkins in the bag I swear I seen a fry in the bag and had a nasty attitude towards me. And I told her I am not jipping you like I want to get what I paid for and not have a nasty attitude about.

I placed my order and about 5 minutes later they told me they didn't have what I ordered. Why didn't they know this when I placed my order. This also happened to a few others I bought in a team after their game.
