I love the taco bell KFC the restaurant is clean with a nice atmosphere and the food is Great. Id like to make a special shout out for allyssa. Im probably not spelling her name right but she is the manager. Every single time I come in here she is always a delight she is friendly and helpful always willing to take the time to show off the menu and all the great deals they have . She makes the experience very pllesent and is the main reason I keep coming back

I visited this location just a bit ago and was helped by somebody who was rude to me. I couldn't read the menu (small print and I wear glasses) and this woman gave me attitude for something I can't help. I'm sorry I was born with bad vision lady. I also drove all the way home only to realize they forgot my apple pie popper things. So they are just stealing people's money now? A previous review said they wouldn't honor a refund? Why is this ok?

Last Thursday I visited this location in Chino Valley. I had ordered a chalupa supreme. When I got home and began to eat this I noticed that there was almost nothing in it. I live 40 minutes away, it was late to go back. I did however take photos. On Sunday I went back thinking maybe the KCF food might be better. I WAS WRONG!! I ordered 2 chicken tender BBQ meals. The individual sides came in taco bell nacho containers. The chicken tasted and looked life it came from freezer. It was $25. I will NEVER go back to this location!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I first went through the drive-through, the experience was a disaster. They couldn’t even manage to put together one burrito for me — one simple burrito! I ended up having to park and go inside, ask to speak to the manager, the manager was unprofessional, condescending, and completely uninterested in fixing the problem. It’s clear that customer satisfaction means nothing to this place. I will never go back, and I strongly recommend others avoid it as well. There are plenty of other restaurants that actually care about their customers.

Highly do not recommend using a credit card here! I went through the drive-through, used a card that I had not used but for the first time here, and ended up with my card information sold to someone in California who ran it up to over 2 grand before I discovered it the next day! This was the only place my card was used at, will never go here again!!

Credit card kiosk took my order and my card, but didn't show as paid at the counter, so they wouldn't give me my food. My bank showed the card went through on the creditcard app. They suggested that I contact the bank to dispute the charge. Manager also suggested I call the area manager as this is a recurring problem with the kiosk; in fact the customer behind told me they had the same problem previously. Known problem and they don't fix it or help. It will be a long time before I think about coming back, and I'll absolutely never use their kiosk again! Too many options to deal with the headache.

I paid for comeback sauce and was given KFC sauce. I told the cashier I wanted a refund and she refused then offered me a different sauce, I received honey mustard which is not worth the .40 I paid. Double check your order this place is scandalous and will short change you. The short older lady with the accent is not to be trusted, she's the one I watched pack my order knowing she gave me a sauce I didn't order, she's very dishonest.

The lady working the window on September 30 the older one was really rude didn’t communicate at all when she was taking my order she was silent the whole time was awkward and it looked like the other staff was miserable because off her maybe not sure but definitely not a good atmosphere name was Allyssa I think not sure

This store has gone down hill. I had to fix the soda fountain on my visit to be able to not get three sodas at once. I’ve worked here in the past thankfully for that I guess atleast I knew what to do because the gentleman behind the counter seemed to be upset with me when I asked for a clean table as there were none. So I just fixed the soda myself no need for another fuss.

Ordered and while waiting i went to the bathroom. It was disgusting! Pee on the toilet and floor. No soap. The food was good and it was nice to order and the screen. They were stingy with sauce. Fast service. Not great customer service.

Had to ask for napkins & spoon, since they didn't add any to our bags. Nice restrooms, very clean. Got potato wedges, taste is great but they are on the skinny side. Am use to wedges being sliced fatter. Coleslaw was great, unsweetened tea was very good & strong. Just the way I like it.
