EDIT: I ate here the other day and can say it was the most disgusting food I've ever paid to eat. I couldn't believe anyone would ever pay money for what I'd eaten, much less take time to leave a positive review of Hitchin Post.In fact, after seeing so many positive reviews of the place I decided to try it again, and it was much better the second time. I guess everyone has off-days sometimes. Still wasn't my favorite BBQ, but at least worth the money.
What do I recommend about the Hitchin’ Post? Everything! A Wonderful, Friendly and Gracious Staff, Fall of the Bone Meat and More than ample portions! You will Not go away hungry and you Will remember a Great dining experience!
I'm giving 5 stars based solely off of left over mac n cheese with brisket in it that my mom brought home. Even the next day and microwaved it was amazing. I can't wait to come here in person!
